Lol! I don't think I can recall a single thing that AS has worn in years that was flattering or cute.

Brook Lynn looks like some weird Amish/Sister Wife everyday while her husband is next to her shirtless. But, hey, we've been complaining about this for years and if 2023 is the best style case for her-that's an issue.

Shirtless men are on all the time on GH, but oddly, I don't think any women on GH are dressed provocatively at all. Not even Jacinda. Idk why Amanda Setton stands out so much in her wardrobe because you can still be casual and not be buttoned up in a puritan silk blouse and be modest.

It’s only really noticeable to me when she lays in bed with a shirtless Chase in a full Dickens pajama set and it’s covered up by the largest robes I have ever seen on a soap.

For me, Amanda Setton's performance today was the best I've seen yet from her. I enjoyed those BLQ/Tracy scenes.

It's almost like they know we'll be so annoyed with b!tchass Chase these days, so they make him shirtless every single day just to make it more palatable haha.

So what is Ethan doing - is he trying to swap his DNA out with someone else - make it seem like he's not really the father or something? Did I miss something or are we not supposed to know yet?

She likes a fluffy robe lol.

It becomes such an odd dichotomy when Chase is shirtless and practically naked and BLQ is in like 1850's bedroom attire. Even with Setton's beliefs or modesty issues there should be a better way to work around this instead of letting Setton take every old lady blouse and pant in the room while FV doesn't care.

During summer 2025 on Y&R, Christel Khalil was pregnant, but her character Lily Winters wasn't. A lot of the characters were on a set supposedly on an estate in the French Riviera. There was a swimming pool on the estate -- pool wasn't shown but implied to be just out of camera range (long story, don't ask). Anyways, in these poolside scenes, everyone was in bathing suits on lawn chairs or sunning themselves on chaises longues. However, Lily was wearing a short kaftan in a flattering pattern/color -- that served as a "beach cover-up" in these scenes. To make it less glaring that she never showed much skin, the show did this: Whenever a group poolside scene included Lily, most of the other characters on the poolside set were wearing bathing suits with coverups, sarongs, Hawaiian shirts, etc. There were some poolside scenes without Lily that had the other women wearing only bathing suits.
They should all have been scantily clad -- but they had to hide her pregnancy, and this was what the show did to make her need for coverup blend in.

Currently, the character Hope on B&B has been covering up and even wearing coats in the summer, but actress Annika hasn't announced any pregnancy -- she's had a miscarriage in the past, so I would understand her privacy if she is. And maybe she's not pregnant, and just being modest, or has an illness, I don't know. So in recent scenes with Hope, B&B had Brooke wearing a coat, too. This was somewhat clumsy for the month of June in L.A., but I guess it's what B&B chose to do.

Back to GH: my point is, I agree with other posters that there should be some way to offset the contrast between Chase being shirtless and BLQ being heavily shrouded.

The only other person who dresses close to how BLQ dresses to me would be Laura. And that makes sense for Laura (though she could be dressed a LOT better, too), but BLQ is half of Laura's age so it's a sore thumb for a character in that age range. Moreso when you look at say...Willow, Kristina, Jackola....

But seriously I feel like when BLQ eventually goes to the dark side (or her true self again) they will probably finally dress her better just to say she's 'bad.'

Laura/Genie had been dressed horribly since the 90’s, lol, so funny that you mention she’s the closest to how BLQ is dressed.

I would disagree with that. I thought she was divine at the ball where Katherine fell off the parapet...starting a tradition. ;)

But I figured given it has been mentioned about how they dressed Laura here often, it would perfectly get the point across.

But we know I'm bias when it comes to Laura.

When she came back in 2015 she was dressed fine, as was most of the cast. But their costumer just sucks at their job now.

Ezra is so gross and sleazy, but DC plays that so well in this role.
