Well I'm going to let my bias show and claim Stafford could do LESS.

I still love Eric Braeden because he does the funniest ish. There was one scene where she was doing her hammy thing in his face and he just went "whoa!" It was so disarming and hilarious.

  • Obviously, Josh Griffith has never met anyone who has survived a sexual assault; because, if he had, we wouldn't be forced to watch him and try and redeem a creep like Matt Clark just to give Roger Ho

I’m seriously hoping that now that Sally McDonald is the sole EP, she micromanages the sh!t out of Josh Griffith and makes his working life hell, thus forcing him to quit or have another nervous break

Lauren did a great job as Jill. There was something of Jess in her speech patterns and mannerisms. I wonder if she watched some tapes of Jess?

She reminded me of mid to late 90s Jill with how she spoke and her mannerisms.

I thought the same. She did do a good job.

I have to say that Billy and Cane have been so terribly recast. Unfortunately, I've never warmed to JT as Billy.

Jason Thompson has been Billy for 10 years now. That's the longest run of any of the Billys since the character was SORASed in 1999.

Agree. They had the opportunity with BF and instead saddled him with creepy Cane's backstory, including 3 missing kids.

JT as Billy is hard for me to like.

And on Monday's ep it looked like he was wearing a pyjama top,

Lauren K did great as Jill! It definitely helps she has the history with the show, when she was Lindsay all those years ago. As expected I definitely buy her as the woman who battled Katherine all those years!

I just hope Jill’s scenes are not wasted on just Cane and Billy….

Lauren Koslow continues to shine as Jill Abbott; this is a very successful pinch-hit. I could easily imagine Jess Walton delivering the lines in the way Koslow did. She really did do her homework to ensure she embodied Walton's portrayal, and I am appreciative of her for doing so. She worked well with Jason Thompson's Billy, who I've adored since day one! And we know she has chemistry with Billy Flynn, due to their time on Days of Our Lives.

Now Jack is missing in action?! How many damn kidnappings/disappearances are going to happen in Genoa City at the same time? Ugh. I don't know if I can make it through till the autumn for this drivel to finally end. This is just bad storytelling. I will say, it is nice seeing Traci express undying anger towards Patty over what happened to Colleen. It is nice seeing Beth Maitland getting to add some oomph to her portrayal. Colleen is still a character that should be present on the canvas. Killing her off to give her heart to Victor is such a bulls**t story.
