Ok this scene was so weird to me. It's great knowledge, but the dialogue literally sounded like a commercial and she delivered it as such. And that jingle-style music in the background, it literally was a commercial. That was SO weird to me.

Leslie just cracks me up and her press conference antics was what I needed today, complete with that wave she was giving Derek up in Heaven. LOL!

Seeing Hayley mix the poison into Bill's drink for the 1000th time is no longer suspenseful. This time it was in her cleavage. She had to hope Bill wasn't after some tee-tee play. BTW the lighting on her breastes was amazing.

An interesting twist would be Randy supplying her with fake poison, because he doesn't want to be a party to murder-the Mona influence at play.

Oops..I suggested a plot idea. Mea Culpa.

There was a time when a lot of viewers here were saying things were moving too fast and that is always a situation of "be careful what you wish for". Last year the show was running through a ton of story now it's much slower.

It was moving too fast and burning through story. I won't say the pacing now is bad. I feel like others have mentioned it's the in-between big moments that needs work. The reveal of the week of season 1 worked to hide the writing issues that are present now where it seems like stories are on a hamster wheel until they hit a climax.

So Derek's daddy somehow knew that Jacob, whose identity was supposed to be protected as an undercover cop, was not only involved in the warehouse bust gone wrong but that Derek saved Jacob's life? Naomi better have a talk with her friend Ashley.

On another note, I love when they play the sponsor bumpers because I like little beat to them, but I hate that they always seems to be some pharmaceutical stuff like Skyrizi. They need to be P&G products instead, but I guess they help pay the bills too.

Peaches, Anita and now Mona. Hm, whose next in the over 50 Black lady gonna get a disease carousel? Jacob and Izaiah's mama?

I remember the swift pacing of the show last year, especially during that first month. I was absolutely loving how they were just moving things along and getting to the point of characters' movements and motivations. A swifter pace was one of my "pieces of advice" for what I thought would help create a better show in 2025. The Bill/Hayley merry-go-round is purely inexcusable at this point. Like......what is that?
