Oh, yeah, I talked about it yesterday for sure since I started my rewatch of last week (which was a pretty good week complete with a Friday cliffhanger), but I've been talking about it for a while since an article came out that I guess you could call spoiler. When I mention it, I want to say I'm being as vague as I can just in case people don't know, but I think we discussed the 'it' in this thread if not the end of last month's thread.

Then again...better safe than sorry. Probably just go at what I posted on Sunday re: the writing.

Another thing...I liked they pulled another Y&R with Nicole popping up in the tail end of the episode when she wasn't seen for 45 minutes...just like old Y&R used to do with their characters.

I agree. It was nice to see nice, happy, sexy black couples with chemistry. I loved every minute of it. I can't believe I have come around to Ted at all so that says something.

I guess I didn't pay attention at all to the 3-5 episode because I don't remember any of this. Also...Vanessa vs SilkPress was good even though it was juvenile. It really was like a tennis match. And yes, I rewinded a few times. It was that good.

MVJ must have a thing for Jon Lindstrom. He's getting more makeout and kissing scenes than any guy on the show, and they're trying way too hard with his wardrobe.

That track suit was tragic, and the sports jackets they're putting on him are hilarious. It's all ridiculous.

I know some people here still think Vanessa the Ho has a grand plan to take him down, but if this is it, it makes her an even worse mother.

Another poster on here said awhile back that Lindstrom would be appealing to a 70 something woman like MVJ and that is exactly how the writing is coming off. All writers have their favorites or their muses, but sometimes that can get to be too much and you need to leave your personal taste off the page if you're going to write believable stories.

C'mon guys-JL is sex on a stick. And his wardrobe is killing it. MVJ must really love him as he gets the two best sets on the show.
