Heather was 19 years old when she was introduced in late July of 1976. That means she was born in 1956 or '57, so she would have been younger than Portia is now.

Yeah, I don't think it was crazy for Heather to have a younger child. I think it's jarring as a viewer because one of Heather's kids is played by Scott Reeves and the other is a fresh faced young girl lol.

As for Portia, I don't think she's supposed to be the same age as Brook Kerr. The show has mentioned her age regarding her pregnancy, but I think she's in her mid 40's at most. I don't bother much with the Taggert/Portia/Trina backstory and ages because it doesn't really align timewise with when Taggert was actually appearing on the show.

I like Chase and Brooklyn as a couple, but sometimes it seems like it's wasted. You have Josh Swickard walking around with the hotness and Amanda Setton is always covered head to toe like she's living in Yakustsk, Siberia.

I get it's for her married religious reasons, but seems so contradictory that she needs to be covered up, but she can make out with a man that's not her husband.

Just a thought.

It is wasted because Chase is basically a little boy and her purseholder, and has no real personality. And Setton just isn't willing to play certain stuff. I have no investment. Their scenes feel like watching Great American Family.

This was such a nice way to start the episode haha. So wait, what's the story with Setton? She refuses to show skin on the show because of her real-life marriage?

I definitely agree, Chase's personality has ceased to exist lately.

When she was on One Life to Live she showed plenty of skin.

When she got married it changed. I know she observes Shabbat and doesn't film on Fridays. Another actor on the show posted that on Twitter.

It's good for her, but the Brooklyn character should be more dynamic, I think.
