I don't think we know if Sidwell was behind Maxie's coma, but it's likely.  Idk, it seems like we could have moved Nathan back a few months, but I assume it's to prop Britt and not an actual story.

Oh, no...that part (Sidwell messing with the cream) I do remember seeing. Well, him talking about it as a way of removing the voice of reason...which Maxie has actually become...so he can get his hooks into Deception even more. I just don't seem to remember them actually doing an exit for Maxie. But I might have missed an episode or two...that was a very busy work week.

Yeah...Nathan could have waited. If Britt needed a prop (or an arc)...her dealing with coming back to her old life whether it's fighting to get her job back, fighting with her mother who feels rightfully deceived, or exploring things with Jason...are all good ways to do something with her. Though they have been leaning into propping her since she hit PC

Lol.  I would have to rewatch, but I won't.  Sidwell may have said that.  I just thought it was implied not specifically an admission of guilt.

Britt can just go away...that's all.

I do wonder why they’d bring back Nathan back while Maxie is gone indefinitely.

Little James gets to carry the story.  He misses the dad he never met and all.

I actually like little James 😂

I wonder if it is meant to be dramatically potent that he and Britt have the same story (the show sees them as the same I mean as they see Rocco as Britt's son).

I saw a bit where James told Cody that sometimes he wishes Cody was his father. Josh Kelly played that moment beautifully, but it also made me feel really sad for Spinelli (and I'm not exactly a Spinelli fan), as Spinelli has had that role for a while now.

I like James too!!  He and Donna are the two little kids I can tolerate even if Donna shouldn't exist.  She's adorable.

But don't trust my judgement.  I like Outback the dog more than half the cast.

The thing is Nathan actually is his dad and he and Maxie were married and wanted the child.

I have a hard time correlating the situations in my brain because they are so different.

Hehe.  I understand. re: rewatch

And they are going to keep writing her like she had no character development before she died...same.

I agree, but I wonder if the show intends for them to be the same.

I would argue Britt has never had real character development.  Some periods where she wasn't the worst human, but we aren't talking about Sarah Brown's Carly or Brenda lol.  Characters that actually had slow development and changed.

Probably.  It just isn't in any stretch of the imagination.  So I assume GH will double down on Britt being Rocco/Ben's true mom.

I can’t get over Donna not needing to exist enough to enjoy the actress because whenever she’s on I just ask myself why grandpa Sonny has a kid in elementary school.

And where the hell is Avery? Can’t she be SORAS’d by now?

Lol.  I don't think Avery has appeared this year.  She should be SORAS'd shortly.

Donna is such a cute little bug.  I just love that girl.  And, yeah, I 100% agree she should not exist or that Sonny should have a child younger than his grandkids.  But she's so cute and doesn't say "Papa" all the time or try to sing so she's a cut above Violet and Charlotte, which is just faint praise.

Huntington's disease successfully treated for first time

Sept. 24, 2025
An emotional research team became tearful as they described how data shows the disease was slowed by 75% in patients.

It means the decline you would normally expect in one year would take four years after treatment, giving patients decades of "good quality life", Prof Sarah Tabrizi told BBC News.

The new treatment is a type of gene therapy given during 12 to 18 hours of delicate brain surgery.

I luckily missed all of Violet’s singing and they quickly sent Papa Charlotte up to the attic once I got exposed to her and now there’s a much better actress in her place.
