Good episode today

Glad Michael and Diane got to react to Sam’s death though Diane turning the convo with Jason into a discussion about Robert and Holly was a…choice.

Kristina got on my nerves during the scenes discussing Sam’s autopsy but it was definitely true to character. Her breakdown at the chapel was good work by Mansi and I liked Michael going to comfort her. Losing the older sibling and suddenly becoming the one who’s supposed to pick up the mantle is a tough thing to deal with and I like how they had her ponder that.

Felicia being Alexis’s advocate and comforting her was nice and I’m glad TJ got to be there for Molly. I don’t care for the way Alexis heavily relies so much on Molly to be strong. Their last scenes of the episode kind of made her earlier statement about not just pretending to be okay for her sake null and void.

I loved Sasha and Willow having a go at each other. This could be a great feud if the show plays it right. Sasha dragged her good the entire convo and the way she slid out of telling Willow she spilled the beans to Michael about the second Mildrew kiss was slick as hell.

Willow is an absolute ho, I couldn’t believe they had her and Drew finally doing the deed but I’m glad the show went there. All while Sasha got kidnapped by Sidwell made the whole thing even funnier

him and his goons taking her and threatening Carly was good stuff as was the scene of Holly finding her room ransacked.

Nina and Ava scenes were nice as well I guess the writers realized how rushed their reunion felt and circled back. I do wonder if they’ll really have Nina be done with Drew after this nastiness or if she was just doing lip service.

I’m curious where the show heads with the rest of these stories, a lot of potential here

As glad as I am that it finally happened, I still feel that they really botched this storyline though. I mean, how do you reveal the big secret before the mistake even takes place? And use characters with no reason to be a part of this to do it? And have Willow say one thing but then do the exact opposite like 10 minutes later?

Instead Michael and Willow and Drew all come off as the world’s biggest pieces of

There’s no one to root for in storyline, even though I feel like the writers want us to root for Michael. But yeah, I don’t see that happening lol

We’ll see what happens from here.

Regardless, I do like how this sweeps seems to be playing out so far. If I was writing it, I would’ve done something like this.

And, I know we’re probably supposed to hate Drew now but y’all can’t deny Daddy looked good

I was finally pleased with Kate as Kristina today. I felt like her writing was in character again.

I was high-fiving Sasha!!!

In the Q nursery in the middle of a day when ANYONE could've walked in!!

Willow, Drew, yes, but not Michael. So, I guess I'm the target audience for people who are okay with Micheal, again, all of a sudden. Also really good brother.

I haven’t seen today’s show yet but I really feel for Kristina Wagner having to be part of scenes like what I saw described. It’s borderline cruel. I want them to use her and still love Felicia. But two scenes about dead kids in roughly a month is awful.

She did well. I was one who was leery in the beginning of her as a Patient Advocate & she & they have proved me wrong. Obviously these scenes are grueling for many people. Jason & Carly are doing a lot of the informing of people. Still no one has called Olivia, Dante's mother for god's sake. One way I would fault the writing is that IRL people jump to call people immediately from the hospital. And that hasn't happened, today, on Halloween.

BTW, is tomorrow finally another day?

First time in months GH actually surprised me twice in an episode!

Willow & Drew's adultery fully blossoming after coming (nearly) clean to everyone and the symmetry of the adultery happening in parallel with Michael & Sasha's one night stand.  FINALLY secrets, lies and SOAPY extramarital affairs with 2 triangles happening simultaneously.

The end of the episode was another visceral surprise for me, even though we all knew that guy was eventually going to be coming for Holly.  I didn't expect a mundane coffee talk in the Quartermaine's breakfast nook to be interrupted by an armed kidnapping!

I like how the Quartermaine mansion has so many sets at the same time on the show now because of the number of characters and stories going on there.  I was surprised that Diane got her own office, too.

The worst part of the show was Kristina screaming-- all the Sam death stuff is overkill at this point.  Other than Steve Burton, none of the other actors have done much to make any of the grieving scenes about Sam's death worth watching.  The show needs to move on from all the bereavement and stick to lighter, soapy fun.

Those Sasher and Willow scenes were so lackluster. The set has more charisma than those two.

It feels like no one is really invested in this double affairs story. No doubt pregnancies will be up next, and who cares

It's not like the fallout will be well acted or pack any emotional punch.

I’m going to assume CM’s Drew was never with Sam. You would never believe they were ever the super in love couple I watched with BM’s Drew/Jason. She feels like a surrogate that gave him his child. Did they have a bad breakup? CM and the actress playing Willow have fantastic chemistry but this writing is so weird. Who am I supposed to root for between Drew/Michael/Willow in this 24 hour period. Willow and Drew have sex AFTER the less scandalous secret comes out? WHAT?

Oh wow the way Sasha thought Willow knew about her sleeping with Michael and slipped right out of it. Oh wow and Sasha didn’t mention she told Michael about kiss number 2 either. Sasha also getting on a high horse while she’s yelling at the woman whose husband she slept with less than a day ago.

I think Mansi was much better today and the writing stronger for her today. When my brother died suddenly I didn’t even think about the whole autopsy portion of it all and I honestly would’ve probably had the same initial reaction as Kristina in the shock of it all. She worked for me in the chapel as well.

Also Alexis speaking with Felicia really hit me because while I was in the throes of dealing with my own grief at the loss of my brother, I never thought about the things my mother and father had to do like contacting a funeral home etc all while mourning the loss of their child.

Continue to feel for Molly’s reaction and I’m happy she’s actually letting TJ be there for her.

I’m glad we got to see Michael finding out as well. Sam has been a close part of his life for over 20 years.

Even Diane has a set holy [!@#$%^&*]. Nice they had Jason be the one to tell her. The roll out of people slowly finding out about Sam has been well done. But Diane turning it into a conversation about Holly and Robert was awful. How weird to have Jason give a [!@#$%^&*] about this the same night Sam died.

I liked Nina and Ava finally addressing the elephant in the room. I liked Ava catching onto Nina’s vitriol for Drew being so personal.

NLG has definitely stood out in this story. I hate that I wonder how the previous long term Kristina and Molly might sell this story since they spent the most time as the Davis girls with Monaco and that’s the relationship I remember.

I knew the writers would use Sam’s death to force Molly to get over Kristina’s betrayal.

Fine with Sasha getting kidnapped lol

Correct, Billy Miller's Drew and Sam split not long after Jason came back. Sam had initially decided to stay with Drew and divorced Jason to legally marry Drew, but after two months and an earthquake had changed her mind and then divorced Drew to be with Jason.

Drew then was in story with Tamara Braun's Kim Nero and their son Oscar for the next year or so before BM's exit with Drew being presumed dead in the plane crash, while Sam and Jason had the Dawn of Day stuff with Shiloh and Sam's imprisonment and parole for killing Shiloh before splitting up with Jason after the explosion that left Lulu comatose (It was a hit on Jason and he and Danny had just left when it happened, Sam didn't want her children exposed to the danger).

Sam then helped Dante with PTSD and eventually started a relationship with him, while Jason had a romance with Britt and was briefly married to Carly etc etc until his own presumed death. When Drew came back played by CM, there was like a moment of two of tension with Sam but they went and put him with Carly.

I'm so sorry you lost your brother. I lost mine too. We had the same birthday, I was born on his 8th birthday. He died 4 days before he turned 30 in 1984(me, 22). The pain, I can't.

So seeing these siblings not just completely break down upon hearing the news that their sis died, well, that's a soapy response but not very accurate. Molly and Krissy didn't express realistic first-news of Sam's death, to me. I suppose I can get past that.

Seeing Kristina Wagner AGAIN in another child death story breaks my heart for her. I guess it must help her to live it with others through her craft.

With all the sudden sex with Michael, Sasha, Drew and Willow, can't wait to see the pregnancies that will occur from this. Good lord, I have to hold onto my soapy hat for what's to come.

Willow pregnant? Of course it's her husband Michael's kid, right? NOPE. Its Drew's. Sasha pregnant? We know she never had sex with Cody, but will he cover for her? Sasha will have another Q heir. LOVE IT!

Good bye to Holly. Good riddance, except I'm sure she's not done yet. Oy.
