Thudley's written Steffy as taking a sledgehammer to any thoughts of wanting back with Liam, and Hope is supposedly caught up in Thomas, but maybe Thomas leaves town and returns with Ivy In tow? Could be Thope/Ivy triangle or Lope/Thomas/Ivy quad lol
