The fact the show is trying to redeem Gladys actually hurts my soul.  I think everyone knows how I feel about Gladys and I knew in my heart one day very soon she'd be gone.  Now this?  I have lost my faith in GH entirely.  There are a lot of GH characters that have continued to exist way after their shelf life has expired.  Gladys has had a run about 2 years too long.  Does ANYONE like her?

I liked her pre-this storyline. I did. We needed a busybody like her, but now? Meh. Go away.

Did you?  I have never been able to tolerate her.  It's a complete overreaction on my part, but she's easily one of my least favorite characters of all time.  I hate everything about Gladys.  There is not a single redeeming quality in the character.  Her name even bothers me lol.  I have a hard time watching episodes that include her.  I know she's not even near the top of the list of bad characters of all time, but I irrationally hate her.

I can see why people do hate her, and I did hate her until at some point she was semi-redeeming, then they dumpster dived her into the current storyline and now she's gotta GO! If you redeem someone and then s**t them back into crap, don't go and redeem them again. It's the same thing with did with Harmony. It's in poor taste, IMHO.

I couldn't stand her. Then they actually redeemed her. Not a favorite but I no longer actively detested her. Now, fugettaboutit! Not a chance in hell. I literally want her to die a painful death & we watch. 

Nina is going to give Gladys the money she needs to pay Montague, but Gladys will pay off her debt to Selina instead. Sasha will remain locked up.

Gladys has to go, but like every villain hired by Frank Valentini, she's stayed WAY too long -- while they write her to make us hate her even more. As you said, there is NOTHING redeemable about her.

For a meddling type character, she isn’t even fun! I am dying for Sasha to finally have a purpose, and killing Gladys sits nicely for me.

The last thing Sasha needs to do is kill Gladys. Now, if Heather could come back, put a hook on and hook Gladys? Sign me TF up!

Today’s writing gave me the impression that they are going to somehow untangle Gladys from the doctor and she will skate this situation, while he takes the whole blame.

I don’t understand what the purpose is for Gladys. I never have and I never will. I don’t even know what else they can do with her after this storyline ends
