Albert Alarr is still employed at "Days of our Lives." As a result, 25 cast members have signed a petition calling for his dismissal.

What is it going to take for them to finally fire this guy?

So much abuse has been tolerated in the entertainment industry for so long. It's great to see people say enough is enough...but you hate that it had to come to this. That set sounds like a complete toxic nightmare to work on for everyone who isn't Albert Alarr.

Makes you wonder/worry if Peacock would rather just throw in the towel than deal with this PR nightmare for a dinosaur TV series.

PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL THE FOLLOWING PEACOCK PERSONNEL AND ASK THEM TO MAKE SURE ALBERT ALARR IS FIRED FROM "DAYS OF OUR LIVES"...

These two people are listed as the "Days of Our Lives" contacts on the Peacock website:

Cassidy Irish

Also the President of Peacock is Kelly Campbell, please email her at [email protected]

In addition, contact Corday Productions at 818-295-2821 to share your concerns with Mr. Corday's staff. Please remember to be respectful when you call and speak to the office staff.

Also, contact the NBC/Peacock "Days" hotline at 818-840-2069 to share your concerns and leave a recorded message. Please remember to be respectful and leave a short message asking for Albert Alarr to be fired.

Also, fans way wish to contact the "Days" actor's union, SAG-AFTRA, and ask them for their union rep to step in and help the "Days" cast no longer have to work with Alarr: (855) SAG-AFTRA / (855) 724-2387

I just emailed the two Peacock executives and told them that until AA is removed from the DOOL staff I am cancelling Peacock...which I just did.

Peacock would have a nightmare PR situation on their hands if they canceled the show rather than fire Alarr or take action. Doesn't mean they wouldn't since TPTB don't seem to have any sense, but the blowback would be so intense and I don't think they want that.

I have heard that some actresses have said they are not willing to work with Alarr anymore.

The thing is that if they wanted to, NBCU & Peacock could ride in on a big white horse & SAVE DAYS!! They're in the most likely win-win position.

Of course they lost money earlier this year.

Their position on the margin of entertainment is what allows situations like this to fester, I would think

There is definite truth to this statement. There is also the logic that says that if a show or an organization knows that they could be be downsized to oblivion, they would be on their p’s and was to make sure everything is run properly so as not to give the network additional reasons to dump them. Or did tptb at Days (until recently) believe that being the sole remaining daytime soap on the network gave them some sort of insurance and so they just let indifference set in?

Maybe, but we know that these streamers play by different rules. Many a show (some even critically acclaimed) was canceled by Netflix despite fans campaigning to keep the shows. I just don’t think that loyalty has the same hold on them as it has traditionally been known to have on network.

These websites need to do at least a bit of fact checking...

Do they really think Ken Corday co-created Days of Our Lives with his parents at age 13?  🤔

Jason47 has posted that the "dyke" comment was said to Judi Evans. On her IG acct she had previously described wearing that jumpsuit & hairstyle. Alarr is a very bad man.

Word has leaked out that Fran Drescher called Ken & set up a meet between a SAGAFTRA rep & him & Sony!

Yup, Netflix and Paramount Plus both have done this.

"Ken Corday" is trending on twitter and the dragging he's getting, OMG lol

What a terrible week for me to get rid of Twitter.

Shaming JE? It simply keeps getting worse as these incidents are exposed.

Is there something about AA that makes him a little more protected?

You'd think Sony/Peacock would fire him outright, but, perhaps, they fear a discrimination law suit. Even if that's the case, ask him to resign even if it means paying him some part of his contract.

We're not talking about a couple of isolated incidents over 20 years. It absolutely makes zero sense that he's still there.

Good for her. Mad respect for Ari.

Part of me feels like she may be done at this point, especially if her daughter is living in Reno.

That's the issue with HR and harassment.  If HR had found that Alarr was actually guilty of misconduct, then he would've nullified his contract, and wouldn't need a buy out.  But, if HR was inconclusive and just recommended further training and supervision (as often happens in a first offense in order to limit liability), then it is another story.  We only know the allegations that prompted the investigation, the fact that he admitted to the behavior, and the recommendations from the investigation.

As I read the story, we don't know the conclusion of the HR investigation, probably because it is confidential, but if anyone else has information about their actual findings, that would be interesting.

There is no HR.... 😕
