She'll get probation and before you know it we'll see her back on the show.

To be fair, it is standard practice to plead not guilty on a first offense in order to achieve a plea agreement.

She would be foolish to plead guilty and get the maximum sentence, when most first offenders get fewer consequences.

Sorry but IMO ALL drunk drivers deserve the maximum sentence there is no matter if it's the first time or whatnot

I watched this video the other day about the civil lawsuit that was filed against Pullos. The information is pretty much the same as the TMZ articles, but there is some interesting speculation. The YouTuber consulted an attorney who said she is likely staying at the fancy rehab clinic so that she can count that as time served towards her jail sentence. The lawyer thinks this strategy is the best they can do since her actions are pretty much indefensible in front of a jury.
