Still no Sonny or Will since Monday?

Days is going to leave TV with a whimper with the preemptions. It won't have send off like the other soaps...not that it would have anyways but...

Nope.

Just Gabi on the phone with an offscreen Will, talking about Sonny.

As for a sendoff, I still think they would have done something if the move to Peacock hadn't come on so quickly.

Btw, I left you something in the Zach Tinker thread

With NBC shows always promoting each other, I'll be disappointed if their tentpoles like Today or NBC Nightly News don't say something about DAYS' move either on Friday or Monday.

I personally think a 2 day sendoff is great compared to dying a slow death on streaming, but that's just me.

Anyhow, why does SH's hair look like that?  It's so fried looking.  I don't even need Kristen to have blonde hair if it looks like that.

I am still so confused by this Stefan/Chloe agenda.  Does anyone remember their relationship?

Dr. Rolf doesn't seem to care that Orpheus took his precious vial that may start the beginning of Heinekenvirus (Hovid-19) or Guerillapox. Instead, his only focus is making Stacy happy and Stefan to remember Chloe Lane. Is this airborne or blood-borne? Cause if it's airborne, John, Marlena, Kate, Roman, Jada, Eric, Kayla, and Steve are all in trouble and possibly many more. I wonder if we'll start seeing characters wear regular masks and social distancing themselves 6-ft. away. Crap, and just when I thought we were done with the magical face mask mumbo jumbo.

But, if I see ONE character put their face mask on their chin, I'll bitch about it to high heaven. Because that serves no purpose being socially responsible. No. That's called a diaper bag. Nobody ain't got no time cleaning up poopy ass diapers on your chin.

    • Then 87 is the year you're looking for. Vanessa leaves town in Jan 88. When I saw Jenny counseling Dinah about George making the pass at her, all I could think was that Van would be pissed Ross' latest fling was advising her daughter. Cop or not.
    • As much as I hate Phyllis, seeing Billy Flynn in those boxers briefs in today's episode, has me almost tolerating her. BF looks

    • Dear sweet June, you'll get it right eventually.  In the meantime it's a good chuckle.

    • Damn, Leslie went in on Shanice... poor girl! Leslie really can't handle stress or certain emotions well, she lashes out. I also think it's weird she wants to know so many details about Eva's love/sex life. Vernon was sweet to June. It was nice (realistic) to see a customer complain to her though while she's still trying to establish herself. I'll be that guy, but for me personally, my enthusiam/excitement over the show has stalled yet again over the last couple weeks. For the majority, it seems like we're in a holding pattern until Winterfest. It's like they don't want to rock the boat or do much until then, which leaves us in a quiet period here. Are sweeps a thing still these days? Seems odd that we're having a slow November. That ending was good, but I saw that coming... in theory it should have a quick resolution, but I'm guessing Leslie will expose it at Winterfest and it'll get throw out of proportion haha.
    • Yes. Why? I don't really care. Vanessa is also acting dumb, trying to run between tables, on a date with Ross in one room and a business meeting with Alan in another.  One of the few times Van is written as less than the smart woman she was.
    • I've been specifically looking for the episodes for Ross and Van together, because they essentially both raise Dinah at that period and the recaps around her typically avoid the Dorie years, the carnies, or Alan-Michael and Cam. I'm really just trying to trace a throughline between Paige, Wendy, and Gina. The last two are "easy," but it just messes with my timeline when Dinah thinks Alan-Michael would kill Ross. Then again, that Alan-Michael slept with his own stepdaughter, so...
    • Anyway...they literally mentioned the secret room today on Days and yes, this show needs a Kristen lesbian story lol.
    • Yes, they did a 'premiere' of Maggie's death episodes at the ArcLight theatre in Los Angeles, arguably then the nicest movie theatre chain in the USA. Plus, Suzanne and Deidre were in a ton of scenes together during this time. Whatever happened between them happened after 2004.
    • There are episodes with Jenny (Mary Ellen Stuart) that she was in pre-writers strike.. and I know that she lasts until at least August 1988. It's a shame that the show didn't try pairing her with Rusty since the two had more chemistry than she had with Ross and that he had with Rose.
    • Was that when she put on the"Slut of Springfield" red dress and made a complete ass of herself at the CC, so of course Alan fell madly in love with her on the spot?
