This is a show that recently left a watermark visible in the stock footage used in the opening credits, so I’m not surprised that it’s this sloppy.

That being said, I mostly like Allie so far. I do wish they would have brought Keemo back on, too. There's so many woman in that age range he could have been paired with!

I like her too. I just don’t love that she seems like a Mary Sue. I’d love to see more of an edge emerge.

Yeah, I mean, it happens. It’s a daily show with a low budget and we’ve seen it happen in the past even things were more meticulous and retakes could be done. Even big-budget movies have obvious continuity errors and boom mics showing.

I just wish we didn't already know she'll be paired with Noah. The Newman-Abbott couplings need to stop. We need new blood, that especially aren't more Newmans, badly on this show.

Yeah, I think they might end up being really bland. Noah doesn’t have much of a personality, and she’s all shy sunshine. 

It’s a shame because Rory Gibson is hot af, and he seems to have a sly sense of humor that we see none of on Y&R.

They seemed so weird together yesterday. But then again Maura’s Diane felt like a different character due to the decade-too-young Maura’s miscasting. Sharon Case’s reaction was funny.

I’m okay with that actually. Maura’s Diane was so much younger, I honestly wish they could just retcon away that time period.

The memories of Rey fall flat because we saw none of this on screen. I don’t see why they bothered with that. Don’t pretend to be a character-based show when you aren’t.

Sharon feels a little crazy having a soliloquy by herself about things we never saw. It definitely seems like someone from upstairs said "Get rid of Jordi Vilasuso immediately."

I know we saw Noah wake up alone (with a rotary dial phone) after a one-night stand, but he said Rey gave him dating advice? Noah dates? He’s not just creeping on a lesbian who is marrying his sister?

Why didn’t they just have Chelsea in the car with Rey and kill two birds with one crash?
