What they are saying makes sense. Have productions be local.

Dont have casts traveling.

With soap actors traveling for the holidays I can see soaps doing more temp recasts

Doubt that would happen given the cost to use the music would be huge and no one wants to spend money to edit in new music

I don't think they would need too. YR atleast only films 4 weeks ahead. So they will still have enough. Gh is now two months ahead and days is who knows

So they are a little over 2 months ahead. Better than the ridiculous 10 years ahead.

B&B will probably resort to an all mannequin cast with the actors giving voiceovers from home. 😏

Y&R was in production until December 23rd based on tweets from cast members.  GH last day of filming was December 18th (per Nancy Lee Grahn's tweet).

The shows are on their holiday break, but even if they extend it a bit it won’t matter because certain cast members just aren’t taking it seriously.

Hold up. Which ones? I haven’t heard of any additional positives from cast members since the Chance actor got it.

Just about every Facebook friend I have posted pictures of them at family gatherings last week.  These are also people that wear masks and don't think it is a hoax but they decided to play what I call COVID roulette over Christmas.  I am waiting for the next week or so to see the "I got COVID and I don't understand why" posts.
