Here are some spoilers for July including some from SOD (reworded):

 

Victor and Nikki are going to team up.  Victoria is going to make a distress call.  . Phyllis is going to try to convince the other ladies to dig up JT's body to find out if he may really be alive.. However, when they go to the Park to do this they will be shocked by what they find and face a major obstacle. Phyllis will come up with a very risky plan B. Phyllis is also going to suggest a new alliance. Later on NIkki will end up spiraling out of control. Victor is also going to receive a shocking message.

 

Jack is going to go to extreme measures and Kyle's digging will lead to trouble. Billy is going to play with fire and end up going to his dark side. Ashley is going to be romanced. And Hilary's doctor will  have a hard time finding her and Devon's baby's heartbeat.

 

I wonder what the women discover when they go to the park to dig up JT and what extreme measures Jack goes to. Also, I wonder if Nate is the one who romances Ashley.

Hilary drives a lot of story for these characters but a lot of credit is due to Mishael, not the writing.  Y&R tried and failed (over and over again) to find an actress to fill the void left by VM/Dru.  Finally, they find a gem with MiM and they let her walk.  

 

My point is, they could recast but I doubt the actress taking over the role would be able to rise above the material like Mishael has.  Besides, the woman has chemistry with most everyone she shares scenes with.  That's not something that happens everyday.

 

 

You aren't.  It's been glaring to me as well, and it makes zero sense.  MiM is gone, and he can't bother to write scenes for one of the most successful couples the show has had in years?

 

BTW...you will go round and round with @rlj as all they seem to be able to talk about is any pairing JM has outside of SC.  It's bizarre.  IRT build up or tension with JM/GT "Phick"...there is none.  There's been nary a hint of flirtation or even attraction between the two characters.  So yes, this rumored pairing is coming out of left field.

Here are more spoilers from soaps.com day ahead recap

Devin will rush into the hospital asking about Hilary. Neil will tell him the baby didn't make it and holds Devon while he cries. The family will gather around him and try and assure him that Hilary will make it. 

 

The family is going to feel Devon in on the events leading up to the accident. Devon will be upset that Charlie/Shauna getting together in the penthouse helped lead to this situation. He will ponder whether or not he should chare get the truck driver. Cane will prompt Charlie to urge Devon to focus on Hilary's recovery. Devon will end up visiting Hilary in her room and tell her that he loves her. She will wonder what is going on. He will tell her about the accident and that the baby didn't make it. She will sob after hearing this news.

 

Billy will tell Ashley he's sending her to Berlin after she keeps asking questions about the Yacht. And Nick and Phyllis will sleep together on top of the Kitchen island after she catches Billy gambling again and he can't find Sharon, but finds Sharon's engagement ring. Nick will tell her prior to this what he did to Victor regarding JT and she will think it was brilliant.  She will think that the new dark version of Nick is sexy.

You realize you're literally the only one on this forum who cares about Nick/Sharon/Phyllis/etc fan wars in 2018, right? Like, we're not all pretending. We just honestly don't care.

All I kept thinking about was splinters watching Nick and Phyllis get it on LOL

Somebody on Twitter posted a video of Devon telling Hilary that the baby died(from tomorrow's episode) and it is sad. Bryton and Mishael do a really good job in that scene of showing their heartbreak over losing the baby. I believe that Bryton will do a good job in general in showing his grief over losing the baby and probably losing Hilary as well.

He better get an Emmy for this.

If we do get some scenes of Devon going IN on Princess Lily after Hilary goes, that might be worth sticking around a little longer.

He also needs to get plenty of support from his family and friends including Nate and Neil, who have also dealt with losing the loves of their lives.

He won't.

Actually having Devon come in later is a good choice - he walks into literal h#ll! Friday US and next week seem to have a lot of Hevon, including a marriage.

 

The smart choice would be to have Hilary fall into a coma (again), have Nate consult with Devon about a clinic out-of-town and send the character off.

 

It's not like they're gonna give Bryton another love interest, so might as well have him focus on business while Hilary is 'recuperating.' It worked with Phyllis, GT was cast and had a nice 'bang' upon her return. OC that writing regime proceeded to make her StePhyllis and waste GT's talent for a couple of years..... 

 

I love MiM - she always captured my attention regardless of the story. I'm truly sad to see her leave, but wish her all the best.

I think we will get good Devon scenes including scenes where he eventually finds out that Lily ran the red light. Someone did a very detailed recap of tomorrow's episode on Twitter and Devon will be asking Lily question about the accident. Lily be will be stunned when he does this, and Charlie will divert his attention back to Hilary.

 

Cane will tell Charlie to keep quiet about Lily running the light. He tells Charlie it will be really bad for their family if that came out. Charlie will be torn but will agree to keep that knowledge to himself for now.

 

I believe Devon will eventually find out what happens and it will cause a big rift in the family. I think He will be angry with Lily, Cane and Charlie.  I think that Nate, Neil and Mattie will be stuck in the middle of the drama. .  

 

The recap also said there is a preview of Devon asking Hilary to marry him for next week.
