LOL.....I don't think I saw that photo. I'm glad I didn't. Sorry for your mental trauma over it.  It seemed anytime there were pics of him in the soap mags he was barely dressed (like being shirtless or wearing a vest as a shirt, unbuttoned pants showing his pubes etc...) In one mag he said that if he were offered enough money he would do total nudity. He would have been better suited to of just done porn than soaps. 

 

I never got the appeal of Josh Taylor. He came across as a former jock that just lucked into acting.

Hahaha, thanks. He of course was shirtless as well in that pic. SOM described it as "a daring shot they asked us to include". I have a feeling it was more of HIS idea than hers, but whatever.

He's a totally vain sleazebag. Is he still acting ? I haven't seen him in years. Back in the 90's you never saw a soap mag without him plastered all over the cover.

I think he is or was a mechanic. He popped up again briefly 3-4 years as Stavros Cassadine.

She supposedly dated Peter Brown at that time too.  He was nearly 30 years older.

All the backstage stuff with him sounds like hell on earth. 

Peter Brown seems to have been a bit of a tom cat. He was married 5 times and been with too many women to name. The same with Chris Robinson being married 4 times and been with many women. I take it CR had a lot of actresses hate him like RKK.

I know he is a licensed pilot. He and Miriam finally divorced about 5 or 6 years ago, and she has since remarried. I saw a photo of her with her new husband, Mark, at the premiere of Bad Grandmas. He looks a lot closer to her age, for whatever that's worth.

 

If anyone cares, the "daring" centerfold was in the November 5, 1996 issue of Soap Opera Magazine. To be honest, I'm surprised they were able to go to press with that photo. Even as a 17-year-old kid, I felt uncomfortable seeing it. It looked like they were in the middle of some afternoon delight when they posed for that shot. Knowing Miriam was a mere two years older made me feel even more squeamish.

Yuck !! He's 13 years older than her. She was 19 (I was 18 then). Didn't he also have backstage issues at AW ?

I think he supposedly threw a chair at the actress that played Amanda on AW.  It was a shame he was off balance behind the scenes because they had chemistry without even trying.

Jensen Buchanan supposedly had issues with him during his second go-round on AW. Lisa Peluso, on the other hand, said in an interview once that she never had any difficulties working with him. She's definitely in the minority.

TEB seemed to have a thing with older men back in the day.... I thought her ex-husband who she has her 2 sons with was way older then her too.....granted she always did have a more mature look for someone who is about to turn 55 tomorrow.

Now it seems like since she's been divorced, she's dated men young enough to be her sons IRL

I have been known to indulge in some soapy gossip over the years.  I recalled that Chris Robinson had money troubles because he over invested in some pop culture item like beanie babies.  So, I did a little research and it turns out that his son made a documentary about it.  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1541622/

 

The odd thing about Chris Robinson stories is that there is plenty of material about GH but I've never heard anything about his time on AW backstage?

I haven't heard anything one way or the other about his time at either AW or B&B (he had a recurring role as Taylor's dad on the latter). Yes, he did invest in Beanie Babies - which, to be fair, were very hot for quite some time in the late 1990s.
