LOL!  I don't think I've noticed this.  Now I probably will.  I wonder if the same voice you're talking about is the same I interpreted as being condescending.  Brooke came off very condescending during her scenes with Taylor yesterday.  The baby voice delivery (as if the person she's talking to is simple) is probably why I'm sensing condescension.

I've never FF through scenes of this show, even at it's worse, but I've been FF through anything to do with Hope and Liam and anyone gushing about them.  I couldn't stomach them having Rick, Maya, Thorne, etc. pop up just to cheer them on.  And what's the point of the intern?  Whatever lines she had could have easily been given to one of the other characters in the room.  I'm sure those actors would have appreciated it.  The intern also has an annoying voice, like her tongue is in her way when she talks.

My God I finally watched the show and it's gotten even worse. The Taylor/Brooke scenes were sorely disappointing. Has Taylor still not interacted with TK's Ridge yet???

Otherwise it feels like the storyline is fully repeating itself again with Bill's newest lie. Cue to Bill being gunned down again by July.

I watched yesterday's show and it was a wasted 30 min of Wyatt trying to tell Liam the truth and again nothing happened. Bradley Bell hasn't lost his touch in repeated scripts over and over again. It is ridiculous that Wyatt would even take 5 min to decide whether he should be honest. Wyatt is just as bad as Bill for not coming clean.

There's no way she would return to that hot mess. She knows how bad it was and that's why she left running. I am sure Bradley Bell is salivating at having his first two favorites on screen together again.......

Why is Liam so upset? No one forced him to propose to Hope. He is in the mess he is in because of himself. He shouldn't blame anyone else. The whole Steffy is still fooling around with Bill mess isn't even enough of a story for anyone to care so they added the lame wedding for some drama. I kept thinking there is nothing earth shattering that this news was such a big deal. I wish Steffy and Hope would finally realize that Liam isn't this hot prize and just dumb his sorry ass.

Bradley Bell really has a hard on for Liam.

I keep waiting on the spoiler news saying........

Scott Clifton out at B&B!!!

You’re so right. Completely ridiculous that these guys are acting like it’s Armageddon.

This soap does NOTHING but move characters from one relationship to another within days, followed by a wedding soon after. Rinse and repeat. Scott Clifton and Darin Brooks clearly think the writing is [!@#$%^&*], and it shows on the screen.

The thing is, I like Clifton a lot as a human being. Very liberal, socially-conscious, highly intelligent. He’s Brad Bell’s pet, but I still feel sorry for the guy.

    • My god the smirking was back in full force today. He almost started smiling after Johnny mentioned he wouldn’t be there if EJ hadn’t raped Sami. I will say I did like seeing him with Dee as they’ve always had great chemistry.    They really are giving a lot of false hope with John getting better. I wish they hadn’t done that. Monday is going to be devastating. I really liked all the characters mixing and mingling today.  Nu-Rachel is still too sweet for me. Loved all the flashbacks. Everyone looked so young. Really enjoyed Brady’s scenes with John today.
    • Valerie Mahaffey Dead: ‘Northern Exposure,’ ‘Dead to Me’ Actress Was 71 Loved her. I've never seen her Doctors work.
    • Valerie Mahaffey Dead: ‘Northern Exposure,’ ‘Dead to Me’ Actress Was 71 I just loved Valerie on my early '90s TV shows. This one gets me.
    • I assume they did at some point during the finale...
    • Kelly was a horribly-written character overall. Just think, two Emmy-winning actresses (including Cynthia Watros, Nina, GH, and Annie, GL) couldn't make it work. Pamela is campy, but so are Dani, Vanessa, Leslie, and Joey. And, I don't want to be too judgy because my love for camp changes depending on the show. OLTL, DAYS, and some eras of GH had me rolling with the camp. However, Passions was overkill and I hated it. And, here, I can take it or leave it. It's ok in small doses (note to RC). I see this show as more of a serious drama.
    • I think one of the reasons that pilot didn't get picked up was because Vicki L was associated more with being Thelma Harper and playing older then she was playing her own age.  It was a blessing it didn't get picked up, or we would have been deprived of the syndicated era of Mama's Family.   Also, worth noting a Pre Night Court Marsha Warfield and pre Perfect Strangers Rebecca Arthur in the cast.  All talented women, but stuck with a bad script. And the other pilot had a pre Fran Fine.. Fran Drescher as the best friend.  I think that pilot might have been picked up if Karen Valentine and Fran Drescher switched roles.
    • So, on rewatch....did Rick and Mindy never have sex?
    • Cady had a fairly posh accent or manner as Rosanna - the character was a 180 from Dixie when she went to ATWT, and it was a huge success initially. As someone mostly only familiar with the nagging, miserable or clueless Dixie of the mid-late '90s and early 2000s it was what convinced me Cady could act. I thought she was incredible in her first run. Later, in future stints, her hair and story and performances were all over the place but a lot of that was down to the show for me. She brought some of Rosanna back with her to Dixie in her ill-fated return and a lot of people didn't like it, which I understood but I did think the character needed some change. I think she's had a little bit of the same persona and arch performance in every role she's played since, including Jennifer Horton at DAYS or Kelly at Y&R, who later became a maniac and was easily the worst work I've ever seen Cady do. It has kind of infected her overall mannerisms, I'll allow that, but I do think she brought Dixie back together as herself while still evolving the character when she returned to AMC again in 2012-13. Nonetheless, for me the upshot is that this is a character where Cady's kookier recent performance style suits the role. But I can understand it grating for people.
    • Yeah, Loretta Swit's passing stings. My late dad LOVED the show (he died last November) and watched it religiously. In first run and repeats.  And I was literally born the day after the show's premiere, so I grew up with it! I know many loved later, softer Margaret, but I loved Early Hot Lips. In real life, I'm all for less misogyny, but to me, the early years of M*A*S*H were just funnier. May Loretta Swit rest in peace. Thanks for all the memories connected to my dad!
