Angie is one of those HWs who is stubbornly dumb. I can understand she was hurt by Mary's (I thought legitimate) clapback. But Angie decided her hurt feelings gave her the opportunity to Have A Moment on TV. I buy that she didn't even realise what she was saying about the husband and son, but nevertheless her intent was to make the scene high-stakes and meme-able.
She always says the meanest things and goes too far. The unfortunate thing is that she has probably ruined a friendship with Mary which was growing beyond the confines of the show. When Lisa Barlow has to physically calm you down, you know you've gone too far.
Great episode overall. Lisa's 'singing' lesson reminds me of Erika Jayne's attempts to legitimise her lip-syncing career. And all these women picking up on Heather's pot-stirring/producer role was chef's kiss .
