The reasons for doing the photo shoot at Crimson were a stretch, but I guess they had to explain the use of the set...once again...for another event. I enjoyed the mixture of characters and nods to history though, especially the Nikki/Diane banter. I do think this had Jamey/Dan influence. Nikki and Diane are getting catty again and I truly hope their rivalry is played up.
The new doctor does seem like a temporary character. I'm okay with that. Not all characters need to be permanent and it is at least someone fresh to watch.
I have low expectations for the new writers also. I just hope we stop all the corporate talk/takeover attempts and actually get back to showing people working. (Like Diane for Jabot today.) Speaking of, they really need to do something about Sharon's company that is rarely talked about and that she is never seen working for/at. I want to see her sell it, start flaunting some of that money in front of Nikki, and when Nikki tries to make comments about how Sharon got the money, Sharon can through the pole dancing history back in her face. The two have been civil for too long.
Is Holden officially gone? I don't remember seeing anything about N.O'.s departure. I'm assuming this is how Stephanie will be written out as well. She goes to "spend time" with Holden and Malcolm then never comes back.
I don't really see the chemistry between Kyle and Victoria, but for storyline it's good. I do want them to be discovered by Audra and blackmailed somehow in return for her not telling Claire/Billy.
