Honestly there are a few options but i think the best option would be Lorraine Broderick. I could see a Broderick/Altman pairng because the girl power is there. Sri Rao Stephen Demorest Karen Harris Two known entities to the network with history on the show and daytime vets with experience writing with networks, And Rao should have been given a shot after Night Shift 2. Convince Nancy Curlee to work as a consultant again, and hire a couple of new, youngish script writers to train from the ground up and you have a great team with room to grow for the future.
