Damn Ron Carlivati is pulling out all the stops. I honestly an getting more excited for his DAYS. All these fan faves back and so much juicy story coming. Ron is going for the ratings 

It seems like a short-term arc - one we'll probably see sometime in 2020. 

No surprise there. Too bad the last 2 returns were beyond awful. 

 

 

I loved the 2012 return under Tomlin and Whitesell. They won Eileen the emmy but last returns not great. Honestly Eileen is being wasted on such crap on YR its garbage.

It should be Kristen or Susan. JMO. Love her but not interested in another character.

Whoaaaa, now that is shocking. I hope it's Kristen.

My guess would be that she shows up as Susan but it's really Kristen impersonating Susan.

It doesn't sound long-term if she's still continuing on as Ashley on Y&R. I'm sure she can juggle both to a certain extent (and Y&R has actually been using her a pretty decent amount lately), but I wonder what effect it will have on the story and her screen-time. 

Not shocked at all. This is a way for Carlivati to play his favorite trope, DID/multiple personalities, but instead can do it with all the people that resembled Kristin--Susan, Sister Mary, Thomas, Penelope...

Knowing Ron it was only a matter of time...

 

as much as I've been liking Ashley's scenes with Dina, Days can seriously have her back full time at anytime...still paging Brenda Epperson??

 

Perhaps she is back to reveal EJ is alive.

 

Was just looking for Kristen's scenes on YT last night (darn you, Sony for deleting all her stuff)

I really don't understand why they can't just leave stuff up on YouTube. It's not like they offer classic episodes or scenes themselves. I could understand if someone was profiting off of them. But they're ridiculous.

 

And it sounds to me like they're trying to pull out stunts to raise ratings. Oh, look we have Sami! Oh, look we have Kristen! Oh, look we have Will! (And I have no issues with short-term visits if they move story along and matter but it seems like they're looking for quick fixes)

 

I'd rather they focus on building a solid foundation for the show, bringing back characters for long-term use, like long missing Hortons, Shawn, Belle, Carrie, Austin, Philip ...

But the show will need these ratings stunts. November to February will be crucial for a renewal.  I say bring it on and bring crazy DAYS again.  Can't wait to see all these returns. 

Well, Toups, RC, does do crazy so this will be interesting for sure.
