Well it could have been worse.

 

I'd say this would affect taping and they might have to recast, but I guess if they didn't for Freddie Smith they wouldn't here.

They could put Casey away for five years and he'd still be back in time to tape again with the DAYS schedule.

There is a big difference. They are in the middle of their DAYS 50th book tour. Casey was at the book signing in Phoenix yesterday. TPTB can't be happy about this.

I'd say this was him trying to be a rockstar (he has a band) and failing. Still, after the recent killings of Nick and Will, I hope this doesn't affect his DAYS role, because the show desperately needs to hang on to the one young Horton male on the show they haven't brutally murdered. I hope we get Julie warning off J.J. from Gabi at some point, seeing as how any Horton man she goes near meets a horrible fate.
