She was listed in the recurring section for a month or so and now seems to be back on contract.

This is a stretch, but since he's played a gay character before, I wonder if Rome Flynn's Zende could end up being paired with the new Thomas? The show has been on a diversity kick lately. I've been stalking perusing his Instagram and Vine and I must also attest that he is absolutely gorgeous. He reminds me of another current soap hunk, Jayden Daniels, who plays bad boy Curtis on my New Zealand soap, Shortland Street. They could be brothers.

That's a very big stretch, especially since despite the fact that neither is biologically a Forrester, they have spent most of their lives being raised as Forrester. Having each be the other's love interest is a bit beyond the pale for my taste.

Speaking of Zende, you know what? Skin tone issues aside, the eyes and even the smile seems very similar to the young actor who played kid Zende. I could actually see how casting might have thought Rome would be a good fit. And so far, he seems to have good onscreen chemistry with the others in his scenes.

Wow! Lynsey Godfrey was amazing today...Her final scene with Maya was great!
