The Olsen twins were often one of the biggest draws, so it was an obvious question. That being said, no, I don't think it will matter to the show or its numbers (and I am almost positive they will never recast).

While Stamos can definitely be dramatic, I just don't think anyone was paying nearly that much attention to any of it. All most people really care about is the bizarre spectacle of Full House returning from its cursed grave.

I'm seeing so many people say they won't watch if it was Steve that died and made DJ a widow. They just take it too seriously!!! It cracks me up. That seems to be where the real melodrama is coming from.

I read somewhere that Lori Loughlin said Elizabeth Olsen should play Michelle. Ugh no Lori. That would be a terrible injoke. I don't care about Michelle and don't even see why she's needed. I don't care if the Olsen girls come back or not. I just care about DJ and Stephanie.

If we see Joey, I hope he's less of a doofus. Being a doofus at that age is not cute no matter how charisma you may have. No one wants that kind of man.

DJ's best boyfriend on paper was Nelson but I never ever want to see Jason Marsden act ever again. If we see any of DJ's old boyfriends it would probably be Steve which is fine with me and of course it's what EVERYONE else is going insane over... Lol

The problem with Joey is that characters like him become a walking joke. It reminds me of so many characters, like Eric on Boy/Girl Meets World, Chrissy on Three's Company ... among others. Comic relief that gets taken to an extreme and you question how they can even function in life itself. Well, Joey was never as bad as Chrissy and Eric, but still ... It's why Eric's return in GMW didn't thrill me. I don't want to question how a comic relief character can even function in life.

Danny Tanner, who makes SNL's Anal Retentive Chef look like an effing slob, being married to a younger, Black woman who can't get enough of his junk is just about the craziest thing ever. And I'm saying this at the end of a week when Rachel Dolezal and that one overzealous cop down in Texas have been in the news.

Between John Stamos' DUI and general skeeviness, the passive-aggressive press games with the Olsen twins, and Kirk Cameron's sister making headlines and likely getting a national platform because she's so good at being a bigot, this show's PR efforts are hilariously bad. I don't think I appreciated the Boy Meets World cast enough for how they were in the runup to their revival show.

John Stamos skeeves me out and the latest incident doesn't surprise me but I've always kinda had a soft spot for him.

At least Jodie Sweetin got her sh*t together and neither Lori Loughlin nor Andrea Barber (God knows I dislike Kimmy but I haven't heard anything bad about Andrea) seem to have any issues.

I guess remakes are nice if you're feeling nostalgic but they never work. For example - Jurassic World.

I watch Girl Meets World just for the fact that William Russ directed a few of those episodes. Love him :) Lol but seriously the BMW cast didn't have any obvious problems or melodrama unlike all the other sitcoms which helps me appreciate it more.

How the hell is CCB a true bigot? And I'm talking like REAL bigot, rather than someone who accidentally let it slip that they happen to go to church on Sunday or happens to not meet the far left criteria for "tolerant" behavior.

Seriously, I do want to know where people are finding this information, because I've been a Candace fan for a while and it will disappoint me if she's as hardcore as her !@#$%^&*] brother is.

    • @chrismlAbout Lisa, agree to disagree. Actually at the time she was the only thing my partner & I disagreed about. Naturally she was Team Vicky while I was steadfast as Team Lisa.  About John & twin paternity, I think that like the 3 pillows was a transitory idea someone had that no one else agreed with. More of the attempt to accommodate Philece. About MJ, co-sign, 100% agree, if there were more degrees I would claim them. About Wally & Felicia, always a fan. Mitch? Eh, take or leave. Although I do agree that WGE is a really striking man. Who have I left out? I don't know so that's all I got.

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
    • Bloodshed is inevitable now. It’s another reason I’m glad Black people aren’t getting involved in these protests. As awful as this is, I keep reminding myself that 54 percent of Latino men voted for Trump. These people were put in harm’s way by members of their own communities and sometimes even members of their own families. Too many people decided to touch the stove.
    • Maybe I'm still in denial, but nothing about Neighbours' ongoing social media output gives the vibe of a show that's ending. In today's 'Roundup' video, Alan Fletcher referenced that production finishes in five weeks, but in all the show's posts the cast are as jovial and lighthearted as ever. Remarkably so for people who are about to lose their jobs.    Perhaps they're just putting a brave face on things, and I know they approached the previous axing with a positive attitude. Maybe putting an upbeat face on things is a collective way of showing potential backers that there's still life in the show? Or is it possible that they already know the show has been saved, and we'll get an announcement next month when filming wraps and the show 'rests'?   Does any of that make sense?!
    • A very good week for male eye candy on GH. New Michael is beautiful, Curtis's arms looked great in that polo shirt, Cody looks even more handsome with his new haircut AND we got Marco in swim shorts rocking his lovely bod and chest fur.

    • Yeah when Jamey Giddens did breakdowns for DAYS, he would sometimes state in tweets that specific things were his idea that he had pitched to Ron.
    • I don't, since they've clearly incorporated them into Tomas' storyline, and I happen to like his tattoos, but his jackets not fitting doesn't mean they're trying to cover his tattoos. The clothing overall isn't the issue; it's the fit. And I expect(ed) more from Jeresa Featherstone and her team. Very disappointed. He's the only male, overall, whose costume irritates me.
    • "And OMG, watching the scenes of Roger's return in comparison...the quality in the writing really nosedived. The stupid mask." Very much agreed.  Having Roger hide behind a mask for weeks/months, with it culminating with him swinging in on a vine at Blake/Phillip's wedding....geez.  So juvenile. IMO, Guiding Light never did a good job reintroducing major characters, either from the dead or elsewhere.  Masked balls = awful.  Amish = awful. When Reva was brought back from the dead, she should've just showed up in Springfield as Reva, and informed everyone that she had been gone for years because she felt like it.  She had a four-year fling with some dude who ended up dumping her due to disloyalty. Josh would be pissed and declare that their love is not *always* but *sometimes* and he'd act accordingly.  Her kids would hate her.
    • Agreed. The Emmys next year are gonna be a pretty tough competition and I hope we get a Days sweep lol  Not only does Deidre deserve a nomination for these last few weeks, but I also think Paul Telfer, Raven Bowens, Carson Boatman, Dan Feuerriegel and Alison Sweeney have good chances as well.
