And for the most part what a lovely three years they were. Vampires, Lucy Coe, Scotty Baldwin and Heather Webber, Laura and Stavros, Robin's return story starring Robert and Anna...who could ask for anything more?

I could and I got that too.. No JFP, no Steve Burton, no Guza, no front burning stories for the most part for the coterie of boring actresses who dulled up the 00s--Kelly Monaco, Rebecca Herbst and Nancy Lee Grahn, a year of Sonny and Carly not front burner, no discussion for two years of shipments...it was a GH paradise for me for all these reasons. Not one but two dull Lulus ignored was a bonus too.

On the bad side we were subjected to the worst actor on the show, Roger Howarth, not in one role but two. We also had to endure KA in two roles. ME got three roles but at least one was an interesting vampire. Maurice Benard came roaring back in 2014 unfortunately but in my opinion this was his best story in the painful 20 years he has been on the how.

Anything that is different than what the show was in 2002-2012 is by definition an improvement because it was not written by or starring the terrible crew that united their lack of talents to ruin the show.

All made up as they go along trash! GH is now a cartoon, and even Craptini cheerleaders are finding it difficult to say anything good!

I find it hilarious that anyone would use Robert's return as a something in the "win" column for Craptini. His daughter is dead so Robert goes on a ledge to jump only to skip out of town with a fake son? lol.

To date, NOTHING lasting at least a month Craptini has done has been good or even coherent. Watch how this Fluke crap plays out. If he's under Helz' control, fill in the 12,256 plot holes. If its DID, when and how? This ought to be good!

    • I'm not a Philip fan, but Xander is a kidnapping, murderous thug! I loathe Xander. I don't know why Sarah stays with him.
    • I agree. I like grey characters. But today veered to dark  Of course not. That's ludicrous
    • They shouldn't be on the show anymore. The whole Dimera clan should've been written out long time ago. Xander once again turning to violence. He should be in jail. Is he going to beat up Sarah when Xander finds out Sarah lied to him?
    • A recent discussion in the Loving/City forum inspired me to re-read the history of Devon Shepherd.  According to contemporary sources to the plot, Devon never actually kissed Dr. Lynn Carson, PhD. I'd be eager to know if anyone recalls it differently.  My visual memory of Lyn was that she was always dressed in lady-professional drag of the 1980s.   And, that Donna Peskow never toned down her New York accent. Meanwhile, has there ever been a more boring offspring than Devon? On paper, she had it all.  Teen pregnancy, alcoholism, brief foray into bisexuality, adultery, Devon was always down to clown.  But, she was an eternal meekly mouse, with those tiny braids and that namby-pamby vocal tone.  Mr. Shepard must have been a huge nerd, because Devon inherited none of her mother's charm or elegance.  And, don't get me started on her terrible choices for romantic partners.  One can hardly blame Ellen for forgetting about Devon and pretending Julie was her daughter.

Side note: Devon fell for Cliff Warner after her performed the Heimlich Maneuver on Bonnie and saved her from choking in 1984.  I don't know why this caused me to go on a side quest, but, the Heimlich Maneuver is a relatively recent innovation.  Up until 1986 the government still trained food workers to slap a person on the back in order to dislodge food.  Heimlich's treatment was superior, and in an effort to make it policy, ABC and the other networks agreed to air pro-Heimlich content starting in 1984, according to TV Guide.  So, Cliff was responsible for training mothers at home how to stop their kids from choking.
    • Same This show can be so frustrating to watch because of the awful one sided writing.
    • It was quite interesting. Drew is seriously grossing me out. I know they'll never get rid of CM, but this brewing up to a good murder mystery.
    • But their scenes are always fun...given whom HW name is on the top that day.
    • I had to hit FF the minute he showed up on the screen. It's too much.
    • Oh, yes! It's Nurse Ball Week, isn't it?   Lord give me strength...or apparently a good catfight going by the above.
