"Days" fans have known that Molly Burnett's return as Melanie Jonas has been hinted about since May, but have been waiting on confirmation of her first airdate. Burnett will first air during November sweeps. With Chad also returning, will the former duo start dating again, or will Melanie set her sights on someone new?

Well, I for one won't throw a wet blanket on this return. I'm glad to see her back. I may just watch her scenes only. ;)

I'd guess Chad returns, is disgusted with Abby and she works overtime to get his attention. Ben is jealous and neglected just as Melanie pops back into town...

I'M excited if Molly plays bitchy Melanie. The Melanie that got into fights with Chelsea and was ready to kill Gabi. Give her a rivalry with Abby and we are good to go. Or if she was the one person who could actually be a fun rival for Theresa.

She could also be into JJ since he hangs out with her dad so much, which could cause drama with Eve, etc. There's possibilities to do her differently this time.
