At the risk of angering many people, I'd rather the show just keep Jack dead. Enough is enough.

Compromise: the dead characters (Jack, Lexie, etc.) visit their loved ones in a dream. Steve can visit, and then return to Genoa City wherever. As for Bo, well, as Ricky Ricardo says, "you've got some explainin' to do!"

Or one of the vets, such as Marlena or Jennifer, could reunite with them as they hover between life and death.

Whatever the scenario, though, I have a feeling it would be Daniel who ends up seeing them all.
