See everyone wanted to vilify Eric Braeden initially, but besides Peter Bergman, he's never really had a problem with his cast members and they speak fondly of him. He is nothing like Victor Newman from what I've gathered, but people love to project that on him.

Muhney was a terror on that set. I definitely think it is partly emotional issues and partly ego.

The only people that were vilifying Braeden were Muhney stans! Everyone else knew Muhney deserved his firing.

If he was asked back then he would be back! It's not like he would turn down any offer.

I don't know. On the one hand, I still wouldn't put it past JFP to ask him back. But, on the other hand, if it's true that SONY and CBS fired him, and not necessarily JFP, then it's out of her hands. Either way, though, I'm just glad the dude is gone.

There is no logical way he was asked back for many reasons, the most important being that he wouldn't have turned down ANY offer. He was making good money at Y&R and as it stands scandal or no scandal, nobody is knocking down his mediocre door for roles. He needed the Y&R gig. My guess is that he put this out there to let the other soaps know that he is able to be hired and make it seem like he turned down Y&R so he could do one of them.

It simply makes no sense for TIIC to call an actor back and negotiations break down, especially when the actor is very popular and wanted by fans. The purpose of the call would be to get him back, not make it so he wouldn't return. That would be a waste of everyone's time.

The absolute best part of this is watching the stans go apesh!t over this on Twitter. LMFAO! They are hammering Logan over this.

Aside from what he was accused of, I think MM played the role of Adam to perfection. I actually got to believe he WAS Victor Newman's son. However, I find it hard to believe they would fire him, talk to him about coming back and then not follow through with the offer. Something is fishy!
