A WHOLE LOTTA MANSI: Kate Mansi (Abigail) led the monthly rankings solo for the first time in her "Days" career. She previously was tied for the lead twice before, in June 2013 and October 2013. Mansi also became the first "Days" actor to appear in 20 episodes in a month since Alison Sweeney (Sami) in October 2012.

How good to see SSH at 8 eps, whether you approved of her story or not.

I wonder why the decision was made to suddenly feature her last month? And the ratings have been good also, putting paid to that 'nobody wants to see old people,vets' nonsense.

Nice if Bill Hayes could have been seen also.He is in his 80's and maybe not up to it? Does anyone know how he is doing these days?

I wish Days would follow through and feature Marie/Jessica/Bill (Jon Martin)/Laura/Melissa etc in the occasional episode or small arcs.I think most of the actors would be willing.

Quite a bit of actor & character movement for those of you who like the stats like me!

1) James Scott passed TWO actors this month to become the 25th most appearing actor in Days history. James Scott (1360 episodes) passed Jed Allen (1348 episodes) and Matthew Ashford (1345 episodes) in January.

2) The character of Nicole Walker (1882 episodes) passed the character of Jack Deveraux (1870 episodes) to become the 20th most appearing character in Days history.

3) The character of Brady Black (1488 episodes) passed the character of Phillip Kirikias (1481 episodes) to become the 31st most appearing character in Days history.

4) The character of Will Horton (1109 episodes) passed the character of Steve Johnson (1099 episodes) to become the 40th most appearing character in Days history.

Sean - without giving spoilers... Julie returned to town to find out what happened to her cousin Nick. She was determined that the texts the entire Horton family were receiving were not from Nick (in fact, she was correct - they were being secretly sent by Kate) and Julie returned to get to the bottom of the truth. The truth is that Sami, Gabi, and Kate thought they had "killed" Nick by throwing his body in a river... but Nick surprised everyone by making a surprise return at Arianna's christening (much to Kate, Sami, and Gabi's surprise!) ... It's great story! If you're not currently watching Days - give it a shot! It's great!
