Members DramatistDreamer
I think that ought to be the new motto for the current CBS Daytime. I could imagine the bumper ads now...
Members Ryan Chamberlain
You read my mind. His little fangirls screeching about how Y&R is ruined now that he's gone all need to take a step back. After being a Y&R viewer for over 20 years. I've seen many actors and actresses come and go that were better than Muhney, and had been on there way longer than him. Yet, somehow the show survived them leaving. Personally, I was pissed when Don Diamont was fired/left (not sure which cause I didn't frequent soap boards at the time) and Brad was killed. I stopped watching for like a year. But, still. I didn't make such an outcry over it.
Members DRW50
Diamont was fired. The banner once and for all solidifies him as a deity. Blech.
Members Ryan Chamberlain
Thanks for clarifying. I wasn't 100% sure what happened with him because, I didn't post or visit any soap boards when it happened.
Members Gray Bunny
It's pretty sad that people will raise funds to fly a banner for the likes of Goddard, Khalil, and Muhney, but roll with the punches when people like Eileen Davidson (back in the day before she joined B&B ) and Don Diamont are let go. Members Mathewson
Those Muhney fangirls desperately need lives. And jobs. Even if I didn't find MM hell on earth to watch (and obviously I do), how obsessed can people be?!
Members ajsp35801
I think that it is a lot of the young people who do this stuff. They don't appreciate anyone over a certain age. Nor anyone who they don't want to bone or who sleeps with someone they want to bone on TV. Many Lane fans have no use for CK or Lily unless she is with Cane. Did you notice how quick they turned on her when she was crushing on Tyler.
Members Gray Bunny
I figured as much. The young pups who have to change their panties whenever their favorite soap star retweets them.
Members YRBB
I doubt they change their panties.
Members Antoyne
Uh I highly doubt it's the young people...
Members ajsp35801
I don't...16-25 age range. Maybe a few older but for the most part the young people who organize and spend all their time trying to get Ejami to trend on twitter because that will make TPTB at Days take notice. Members robbwolff
I have to disagree. From social media, I know a few of the people who are leading the Muhney movement and they're in their 30s/40s. I have to disagree. Members DRW50
A lot of this ends up being middle-aged women. That's how it was with Big Brother and how it seems to be with soaps.
Members Gray Bunny
It's also the lonely housewives who in their heart of hearts believe they are friends with Michael Muhney via twitter, or that Adam Newman actually exists. They, especially, are the ones desperately in need of a marital aid in their nightstand, as previously mentioned
Members ajsp35801
I didn't say all. I just find it hard to believe that it is majority 30's/40's/50's doing this stuff. Where do they find the time?
