The entire Chelsea raping Billy turned pregancy storyline was a stupid intro story for Chelsea. Johnny annoyed me at first but it has been almost 2 years. It is what it is. Victoria is his mother. Chelsea sue Victoria? For what? Not like she even knows the kid and what would she sue Victoria about? She has been an excellent mother to the boy. I don't need a dumb custody story that makes no sense. Besides the custody battle will next see is probably Victor trying to take Connor from Chelsea. I don't see Chelsea winning anything aganst the Newmans and she knows it. That was the whole reason for Chylan.

I agree. If Chelsea sued Victoria for custody it would be incredibly offensive and frankly ridiculous. Even on a soap, it would be silly to think a judge would take a baby from it's adopted mother, after the biological mother signed away her parental rights. Talk about a slap in the face to any adoptive parents (and children, for that matter) in the audience.

I don't actually see Victor taking Johnny. He has no grounds but I can see him threatening her and her caving and letting him play grandpa to Connor in Adam's absence. I mean who will be by her side after the grand reveal? Will Chloe? Will Jack? She has no other friends or family. And they have had Victor ranting about her for a while now and showing a lot of interest in Connor. But at least that is already in motion. Chelsea doesn't think about Johnny except for when it is said in passing. I doubt most new viwers even know Chelsea is his biological mother.

Well if they don't want Victoria and Billy to interact that will happen regardless of Johnny. I mean Billy and Chloe had Delia and they barely said anything to each other. Besides its not like he will fight her for custody or anything. He never has. She is always the one who takes the boy and leaves. And since he is the one who screwed up and hasn't even been a father to his son for weeks nevermind the fact his kid died on his watch... good luck with him trying to get custody. The writing is in favor of Victoria right now. I don't see it changing.

At least DT will get to really put his stamp on Billy as I feel he will be a rock bottom when he takes over. DT's Billy will get to rebuild his life. Not a bad way to reintroduce an actor.

I am glad they are giving BJ better material. I like his potential pairing with Hilary. I like that I don't know where they are going romantically with her character yet. Devon or Jack? Stitch is still an option as well. I do wish they didn't make her so goody goody. I liked her a little bad. This 180 is a but much. I hate when they completely whitewash characters overnight, but oh well. I like the actress so I will let it slide. Also loving her rivalry with Jill.

All good points on the Villy front. You are right that Chelsea has no one besides Chloe. Another reason i think she will be quick to drop Adam when the news of him hitting Delia comes to light. I was actually hoping she would take her kids and go into hiding.

MM has stated on twitter that she loves playing a bad girl. She prefers that. And she doesn't get upset when the fans blast Hilary. She seems to think it amusing. I think that bodes well for her future role on the show. She won't be one of those actresses that wants her character to be some heroine when it is not who the character should be. I hope the crazies don't make her bitter though

I would not be surprised if they did. But where does that leave her friendship with Chloe? Chloe loved Billy and wanted him for the longest time. I can buy their friendship now because Chelsea never did. But really, I don't want to see Chloe propping up Billy and Chelsea the way she does Adam and Chelsea.

Yep, she is terribly miscast and they have given her no character to work with and horrible writing on top of that.

LMAO! I still laugh when I see the "JFP has destroyed Y&R" and "Fire JFP" tweets. Not that I am a fan of hers by any stretch, but these obsessed fans & stans are truly ridiculous in their agendas, and wanting Queen MAB back. The "character destruction" happened as soon as Billy Miller & Michael Muhney were cast. They are Billy and Adam in name only.

I can't remember the details. I think because the original adoption was illegal, Phyllis was able to petition for custody as a biological relative of the child. Either way, it isn't a similar to Johnny's legal adoption that has been finalized for over a year. Chelsea had six months to change her mind and she didn't. She can't just rip this kid out of his home two years later. She's also shown no interest in doing so.

I mean, every time a couple breaks up should the writers kill off their kids, so they can have a clean slate? I don't think so, and I don't think they should reverse adoptions that were done years ago for that purpose either.
