The location work in similar settings on AMC and OLTL this year looked a hell of a lot better and more stylish and cinematic. This was obviously the same locale as last year's virus climax and it was very generically lit and shot this time, IMO. It was just there. FV has done better work with less.

Exactly. Hell, they may have well just done what he's done (to decent results) before which is use the studios stairwells and outside.

Oh, I hate when they try to use the stairwells and [!@#$%^&*]. That looked awful on Y&R this year. Sheer amateur hour, shockingly so for Y&R.

FV's OLTL used the studio space and outside many a time but except for some of that crap in the "park" it worked for what they shot. Most drab institutional hallways, etc. don't.

I like Sam and Patrick's friendship. She gave him good advice. F--k him though for taking so long. I could understand him not doing so immeiately bc he was in shock but its been a couple of weeks now. Why is he even entertaining the thought of being with the PowerPuff Princess over Robin?

I liked Anna saying she still loved Robert

Felix going away to NC for Christmas means at least a week without him on air. Thank god! Dont try and sneak a telephone call in there, please

LMAO... at the end when Julian and Morgan busted into the warehouse, what was that bit with Carlos doing his evil laugh, "Hahahahaha... hahahaHAHAHAHA... WOOO!!!!" and making crazy faces? T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. This warehouse crap is so awful!

Speaking of awful... Patrick/Robin/Sabrina. Nothing else needs to be said here.

Felix going away for Christmas! YES!

This looks better than a set. Sets are fairly shallow and look like sets. This had the luxury of being actually big and warehousy so they can get the stuff they wanted.

I am aware. The point is, if this is how you're going to use a location shoot, might as well not do it at all.

I loved Sam basically telling Patrick to get off his ass and make a f.cking decision. By this point, Patrick's starting to look like an ass (and all for the sake of some Christmas reunion probably. At least it's close). Poor Sabrina with her expensive watch and her sad gift-wrapping. She is just too dramatic. Calling Patrick and, just a few minutes later, whining about him not calling her back yet even though she knows he's in surgery... which means she shouldn't expect a phone call for a while.

Ew at Ava and "stuff your stocking." Nobody wants to think about Morgan stuffing or Ava getting stuffed. And did someone seriously utter the words, "trust Morgan?" Not even with my candy.

Why does Molly goes into Whiny Voice Mode within 0.3 seconds? I just can't deal with it.

I'm glad Luke brought out the bitch in him while dealing with Julian. Guess it shows how much I care for Julian if I prefer Luke.

LMAO at the uninspired location sequences. They are still shooting it as if they're in the studio, not taking advantage of any of the possibilities. I had to laugh when Shawn announced "somebody must have knocked him out" regarding the man that was on the floor, knocked out. I'm glad he did cos I wasn't sure. That laugh of Carlos'!!! Is he supposed to come off demented? It was horrendously bad, full of "crazy eyes" acting. But, I'm so glad somebody actually fired a shot (and it was Julian, of all people!). Everyone's been talking about and threatening to shoot someone for weeks... finally something happened.

Patrick showed up at Sabrina's. If it's to do anything else but dump her I'm going to barf.

This show took less than a week to become hard to watch.

The mob stuff was so embarrassing. Ugh! Guess Carly is still out pounding the pavement on FrankenTodd's behalf since she's not involved here at all. Meddlesome loud Carly would never sit back and allow this with her son. Valentini as a budget guru is such a joke and Craptini's idea of balance is laughable! They will start a "story" with one set up people and finish it with a whole other set to give the illusion of equal time for everyone (STFU, William DeVry).

Morgan and Ava? Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Now, they are serious? Morgan taking a violent stance against his father over Kaka? Did this story play out on anyone else's screen because I don't remember what transpired to justify Morgan's behavior. There is no reason, and it would never happen because at some point, the real Morgan would back out of this. His parents have done nothing to warrant this at all! I hate the sight of him now!

Funny, The Naked Mobster and Luke standing there going on and on about plastic surgery with Jackie Z sitting there.

The Jerome Sisters can't find Carlos but 2 teens can pop up on screen and find him after a commercial break? Really?!

I wish Valentini had budgeted for stories and not just plots. Things might play out a tad better.

YRBB, the locations scenes made me dizzy! Too much shaky cameras! It was awful. Why brag about that?

What kind of pre-emption happened in the States? CityTV in Canada stopped airing GH about 20 minutes in.

Obama had some press conference
