And now we get to watch Carly be stupid AGAIN.

Why is this woman just so complacent in life and just so free and happy. Ugh, where's the scheming bitch that gets in everyone's face? I can't believe I'm missing screaming banshee Carly. He's officially turned her into his GH version of Blair. I knew he would.

Ugh, I can't even look at Patrick. Or Robin all whiney.

And of course they shove Liz into Britt and Nik. I'd have rather seen Lesley. Liz just comes off looking so awful anytime she tries to be catty or lurk around Nikolas. And that hair?

Sigh.

At least Robert and Anna are on, but barely.

I'd rather watch Lesley and Monica AT BREAKFAST TOGETHER. So now they're besties having brunch? Meh, I guess it's time they get along. But of course it's off screen.

Damn ... I forgot Lucy and Scotty were on too. And Kevin should pop up for his cameo.

This show has way too many people. I'm forgetting folks that had just been on!

Franco's hair is a greasy disgusting mess.

I love we get all these Reilly like "I KNOW WHAT YOU DID!!!" and then it's something so incredibly stupid. So lazy.

Emma's much more adorable when she's Robin's daughter and not Sabrina's.

+1000000

God, he hasn't even taken a damn breath. I am so sick of him on my screen.

List of people I didn't want to STFU today.

Kevin

Robert

Anna

Duke

Carly

Franco

Nik

Britt

That's it...and it's a weird list.

Everyone else can just take a big dose of shut the f**k up followed by a die in a fire enema.

Oh, and Kevin needs to teach Robin how to get your spouse back without looking like a wimp. And, I'm not saying that just because I'm a fan. Because, I'm a Robin fan too. But, she was so pathetic today that it was sickening.

Also. Franco snatching the phone from Kevin was priceless and I must make a GIF of that later.

Felix needs to die a horrible, painful death. I HATE him. The way he's written feels like I should be finding him witty and adorable but all I can think about is how badly I want to jab a pen in his eye and force feed him Drano.

What happened to Carly? I LIVED for Sarah Brown's version but just cannot understand how this character is still around. She should've been written off back in 2001. It's so sad whats become of her.

Britt continues to be gorgeous while Liz needs to slither back to whatever hole she crawled out of.

All this build up for Robins return and this is the payoff? Bitch needs to grab her kid, tell Patrick to suck it and knock Sobrina back to the irrelevancy from whence she came.

And if I never have to see Roger Howarth shirtless again it would be too soon.

STFU Duke. Ugh to him! I wish Robert had popped him in the face

STFU Elizabeth! She is such a busybody bitch! Loved Nikolas calling her out on her hypocrisy.

Robin is coming across as a bossy bully. Back off bitch! While I do find it ridiculous that Patrick is even conflicted, he doesn't need her manipulating things behind his back

Carly continues to be the Blair Cramer of Port Charles, making the most stupid decisions when it comes to men

    • She could have easily tied them into the Cottage Mystery...(they could have easily explained going on adventures with Bea, babysitting) The house that Tony and Annabelle lived in could have been the coachhouse of the property that Qualo and Henry live in, or at the very least Nola would have been totally in on ghosts and secrets of her brother's house. But they kind of just sat around for months.  The clip of Van and Billy's impromptu wedding shows how sidelined Nola and Quint became...Nola isn't even around butting in on them getting married, its all Reva (though it is a more interesting Reva where Mindy and her or going at it and insulting each other..THAT Reva was fun.)  I loved it when those two would go at it. Somehow they could have resurrected that antogonistic relationship and not have Billy worshing at the throne of Reva.  When they brought JC back on recurring they should have had him at least warn Annie about Jeva pulling her down..."Darlin' I love my brother, but when he has ole Reva in his sites he will drop any woman to try to win her back...and then he will get bored with her...she's like booze is to me and you...he hates it but he needs it..get out while you can!"
    • It's been brought up that Empty Nest was a time slot hit. Here's Empty Nest schedule and seasonal rating in comparison to The Golden Girls. 1988/89: The Golden Girls Saturday 9 pm, 6th. Empty Nest Saturday 9:30 pm, 9th. 1989/90: The Golden Girls Saturday 9 pm, 6th. Empty Nest Saturday 9:30 pm, 9th. 1990/91: The Golden Girls Saturday 9 pm, 10th. Empty Nest Saturday 9:30 pm, 7th. 1991/92: The Golden Girls Saturday 8 pm, 30th (final season). Empty Nest Saturday 9 pm, 22nd.  1992/93: Saturday 9 pm, below the Top 30. 1993/94: Saturday 9 pm, below the Top 30. 1994/95: Saturday 8:30 pm then 8 pm, below the Top 30, and cancelled. Empty Nest 7 season run equaled the parent show The Golden Girls.
    • In an interesting turn of irony, when Somerset came onto the airwaves in 1970... it ran against Dark Shadows and beat it in the ratings fairly quickly.  Then when Edge of Night moves to ABC in December 1975 and put against Somerset, the slow ratings rise that Somerset was allegedly having in late 1975 is derailed. From reading the write ups of the final year, the show dropped the May/December romance.. which viewers enjoyed and was getting the show some good press... the original cast member was sidelined due to medical issues, and the show featured pure crime stories without any balance. I think the crime focus was an attempt to compete with EON.  However, people that were into crime stories/mysteries weren't going to tune into Somerset for their fix.. not when Edge of Night was known for that.. and that show was running on a high quality wise when the network switch occurred.

    • Erwin Nicholson's last episode as SFT ep was 11/21. Whitesell started 11/22/85. Erwin was on board from March 8, 1985 so less than 9 months. Whitesell lasts six months (approximately) before P&G moved him to AW for two years where he primarily worked with DePriest. Whitesell was replaced on Search by no daytime experience David Lawrence who closed out the show's last six months.

    • I assume in name only?  One Stormy Night wasn't exactly steamy.  If it's a literal throwback then Stephanie's writing about sexy times her own Uncle was having lol. Since I am going to surmise it's just a throwback to the name, Night Sins and Winter Heat both sound sexier.  Just saying.  I swear Jamey (and Ron) just google things and land on the first thing they like and decide it's a good throwback to history without watching it.
    • I usually don't want Tide placement in the middle of an intense sad scene, but this is an interesting point
