They should just bring back Heather, played to perfection by either Vail Bloom or Jennifer Landon and focus on the guys they have. If they utilize Mason then they have no need for a 30-something business man. Chance is always available as well.

The guys they have are collectively worthless, and are played by showboat actors who bring far less than they think they do. I wish they could start using new character to replace disgusting Billy, Adam, etc.

I'm pleased that Paul is getting more family, even if I realize none of this will be about Paul.

Landon always came off as uppity and she was better than everybody else. Ditching her was literally the one and only thing Jill Farren Phelps did right, in my opinion.

Landon is very asexual, so that was not going to work. When you can Vail Bloom and recast with Unibrow Regel and then Landon, the character s/b killed off. Bloom was no great thespian, but she did sufficient work. She was also gorgeous, sexy and had chem with everyone. They recast with no real plan for the character and was going to rely on the imaginary fan base Regel would bring to the show. Suckazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Landon also had this awkward chemistry with Davidson that was more potential love interest chemistry than father/daughter chemistry. I didn't buy her as Heather at all and couldn't picture her as the same Heather who had a relationship Adam, Billy, Chance, etc.

Good for Paul for getting another family member though. Wasn't the complaint that he had no family?

I thought Landon did well in the short time she was there. She had great chemistry with Daniel and had Michael Grazeidei stayed I would've wanted them together. I also thought she had good chemistry with Doug Davidson and most importantly, she's a great actress. She was the first actress with life in her age range in the past 5 years on Y&R.

On another board people are speculating that Josh Williams is going to be the son of Paul's oldest brother Steve and Peggy Brooks. There was also something about JFP waiting on a particular actor for this role and the role of Andrew Abbott.

I don't think JFP would ever think of bringing back the characters of Steve & Peggy. Peggy left Steve at the altar because she was sleeping with Jack Abbott. They could have gotten back together off screen, but I think JFP will create new characters as the parents to cast one of her pets. Like she will do with Dylan's father.

I don't think giving Paul a nephew is as bad as the Abbott cousin thing.

He would have to dye his hair...and even then. No. But I agree, he is way hotter.

I think the mumbling came about because of the kind of guy I think he wanted to portray Dusty as...by the time the show went off, he reminded me of Sonny Corinthos.

Grayson McCouch with his grey hair is not passing for late 30s!

Last time I saw him on TV his was not mumbling. I actually expected him to appear on Y&R already.
