I hope Craptini don't waste valuable time re-writing that re-write so that Luke and Snora can remain pure. There are far more things of greater importance to today's GH that need attention!

Super couples get involved with other people all the time. Who cares as long as PigPen stays gone, no one ever has to worry about that affair.

Laura met Holly 30 years ago. Holly was trying to save Luke's life, why would Laura throw shade now?

im talking about since the Ethan retcon. Holly slept with her husband. It would be only natural for a person to throw shade at the other woman

I thought they said he was with Holly off and on for years. I guess I didn't care enough to remember the details.

Luke and Laura have not been married in many years, it would seem artificial for Laura to have huge outrage now retroactively.

I don't think so. Assuming Genie could pull off a non clownlike expression, it would be natural for any woman to toss a bit of shade at another woman who slept with her husband and bore his child. It does not matter where they are in their lives today, women are unforgiving of one another.

Ok, you don't get to use the word "prop" any longer!

However, I was pleasantly surprised with today's eppy. It was really good! I even showed some restraint and didn't ff the pets today. It's ridiculous that there are 3 newbies in scenes in the middle of a huge storyline, but eh...

Sean Kanan brought it today! He was excellent!

I really enjoyed today's eppy. Are Craptini on vacay?

:P I calls it as I sees it ;) Given how they had to rewrite the Connie/Sonny history it's the truth lol. Brenda was his first real love that he couldn't get over. Not Connie, Not Olivia

SK was amazing today as was Becky

I thought Genie did play Laura as throwing light shade at Holly. She's a fab actress!

Way to twist the knife RC

I do like that Liz isn't wringing her hands, she's getting great writing

Go Liz! My god AJ's comment as cruel. What a pathetic drunken a-hole
Franco threatening to take his crazy out on Ava was the best Ive seen of RH in the role since he took over. He plays a much better dark character than a clown

GH seems so much better these days. I liked the warm moments between Sonny, Luke, Olivia, Laura, Mac and Felicia.

I haven't watched Georgie's original run but I end up crying in all her scenes.

This is a very unpopular opinion around here, but I like Spinelli. Thank God Felix didn't ruin a beautiful episode running around the hospital yelling about the Britch and Patrick's love life.

Don't agree about Spinelli [unless he was recast with someone good looking - my apologies for being so damn shallow], but I agree that the tone of the show for the past couple of eppies has improved greatly. I have enjoyed it and ff very little.

They can either write Felix as a young man WITH A LIFE or write him out!

Cheap, I agree. That was Roger's best work as the insipid FrankenTodd. Todd Manning will be up and around before you know it.

The tone of the show in the last few eppies has been really nice. I won't get my hopes up it will continue, but I really hope it does.

Roger showed up for work, probably because he just does 'darker' better.

I couldn't give a rats ass about Felix at this point. I feel like they can develop him but they just aren't going to. We'll see.

Spinelli ... blech. He's looked a lot better lately, probably because of a somewhat decent haircut and looks to be less sweaty. Sorry but it's the truth. Call me shallow, too, lol.

The Georgie scenes always get me too for some reason. Kirsten and Lindze just play them so well. I wish they'd undo her death.

I've never liked Liz, and I probably never will, but I have to give Becky Herbst a lot of credit for always trying to keep her fresh and relevant regardless of the writing. One of the best things about soaps that no other genre can touch is the long-running characters who have so much history that informs their choices, and helps you understand them, even when the writing isn't there.

I think Roger and Craptini knows the message is clear that FrankenTodd was not and is not welcomed. So they toned him town and made him less of a clown because getting rid of him was not an option. How long will this last?

The difference in the show lately is that GH seems to be the focus as opposed to re-working the soap around 3 interlopers. How long will that last? We shall see. The writing the last few eppies certainly has improved and Sean Kanan is rising to the occassion. I don't think AJ needed to be knocked down because that is the way he left, but I'm super happy SK is getting material to show how good he is because I certainly had my doubts. I'm just afraid of where they may take AJ from here. Craptini don't develop characters, so what do you do with a character while in a drunken stupor inevitably set up for something he didn't do? How far will Craptini take this to turn the audience completely against AJ/SK?

Becky Herbst definitely brought it the last couple of episodes. Meanwhile, Kelly Monaco continues to phone in her 'performances' ... sigh. She's so lazy.
