I know she said "orgasmic" for Celia's benefit (I acknowledged that) lol I was talking about shortly after that when she stumbled on another one of her lines, but recovered well. I was probably just being too overly observant as usual since no one else mentioned it. LOL tongue.png

Amen!

And

No one is calling him a child. Can you not see that someone was using the EXAMPLE of loving your child but realizing that they do stupid things from time to time and aren't always perfect?

No one is saying that he's a terrible character who should be killed off or that there is nothing redeemable about him. We're saying that his ACTIONS on the show from early 2011 through the present have been bad for his marriage, that he's lied repeatedly to the woman he supposedly loves, and he is treating HER like a child. Do you not grasp that we can like a character and still think he's doing something wrong and should change his ways?

Ep 41

Dayum! Angie read Jesse good! She laid out everything we've been talking about. I loved the fact that Angie wasn't all strung out mad. She was so calm and level. That's way scarier. Angie asking if she would end up visiting Jesse every third Sunday of the month blew me away. It was just such a raw question. It was her way of letting him know what an epic [!@#$%^&*]-up he'd been. Darnell is playing the hell out of Jesse's downfall too. He just exudes shame and regret.

I really liked the camera work in that scene where Jesse started confessing to Angie and her eyes just looked down and went steely then Jesse and the camera shift attention to Zach and even though Angie's out of the shot for the rest of the conversation you can practically hear her anger starting to boil and then when she's back in the shot, she hasn't moved a muscle. *shiver*

I actually liked the first scene with Zach and Lea. He was pissed but TK played it more hurt. Hurt for Jesse and hurt by Lea in a way that made it clear she'd poked a wound that hasn't healed. By the second scene he was back to being a dick but that's his default setting. I also like that Zach showed no surprise that Jesse framed him. I loved Lea saying that she kept the truth from him to protect him. Sucks doesn't it Zach? Having someone treat you like a child who can't handle reality?

Speaking of Lea, what's up with those insane false eyelashes? Is she still working the strip club?

Zach and Jesse put out serious hoyay. "Look at me. You've always been there for me. I'm not going to leave you now." All that was missing was a kiss. Bring on Zesse!

Colby vs. Opal was great fun. Both of them really do have each other's number. I love how Pete is a good, attentive son who still manages to be honest with his mom. It would be so easy to play this relationship just for laughs with dopey Opal and exasperated Pete but when they're together all I see is love. Jill Larson should get a daytime Emmy just for being able to hug a half naked Rob Wilson without sprouting one hell of a ladyboner. Also, I cracked the hell up at "Palmerpalooza." Opal was rocking those silver pants.

As for Colby, BN really needs to tone it down. Colby's becoming a cartoon. I like how disgusted Jane was with Colby. That child is such a trashy thing. "Pete and I had a crazy, long, hard night last night." Honestly, girl stop talking like someone in a porn film. BTW, what was Colby's issue with yachts? I feel like I've missed something.

I wonder what that scene between Pete and Sylar Anders is leading to. Anders telling Pete to talk to Angie makes me think that this is how they're going to pull Cass, Colby and Pete together.

Dimitri is really making his move, isn't he?

SMH at a bachelor auction. What year is this? I can't help but think that it might be a bad idea to raise money for a women's shelter that serves prostitutes by auctioning off a human being.

Yes, but surely you don't expect PP to grasp that concept. This is the same group of people who thought it would be a great idea to tell a story about human trafficking with a wannabe FBI agent and her whatever the hell Zach is supposed to be in this story clicking around a virtual half-naked woman, exchanging witty innuendo-laced banter as they gave her a virtual orgasm. Surely you don't expect them to come up with something tasteful. mad.gif

I just have to say again that this show is so [!@#$%^&*] good. The best soap around today. And it has been for at least a month or more running, with (IMO) OLTL in second, sometimes close, sometimes distant.

I cringed a bit at Sal Stowers's delivery on a lot of the opening stuff in Episode 40, and though I like her I'm not sure she can handle this story. But this story is awfully important and what's really sad is that in 2013, no network soap would think of telling it.
