Let's all look at it this way - PP's management is still not as insane as the Gathering of the Juggalos. So there's that.

Idon't think my wording was clear. I just mean for their reputation and finances, with these shows being relative successes, my hope is that that is enough to make the go out of their way to resolve these issues.

I knew what you meant. Eric. My sad face was because of the chance that the financial success is NOT enough to make them go out of their way to resolve the issues.

I think they'd be very, very stupid to shelf it at this point over a union dispute they can resolve. But it would also be very Hollywood.

Are we sure of this?

I am, but I'll defer to your superior knowledge of juggalos should you have some.

I hear Peapack is cheap.

Then again, crew still have to be paid union agreements. That seems to be an issue, and has been an issue from the start as you noted.

At worst, I think Prospect Park moved too fast to get the shows on and probably should have gone with the two day a week for each soap format from the start, just so they didn't hamstring themselves right out of the gate. I think it's very possible that Prospect Park did go over budget trying to have a filming schedule of 16 hours a day over a period of 2-3 weeks.

This is not directed at you, Vee - I think it would be unwise of us to turn this into a union debate (I can see it coming....) without knowing the particulars of either sides' issues.

Oh, I don't think we should either. But I do think this is a dispute that can and should be quickly resolved, as opposed to letting it dismantle the production, and I personally feel a lot of the onus for that is on Prospect Park.

I grew up in the Inland Empire, where Juggalos and Juggalettes were not hard to find.

I've parties with them, but never been to one of their gatherings.
