OK as for my thoughts--I really liked the episode. It's interesting, for whatever reason this mini week has felt less fast paced and more character scenes than AMC, though I felt the opposite in previous weeks. No matter, I thought there was a lot of great material and writing. Like I said above, 'm confused as to why Natalie is still hung up on John.

I messed up! It was the crooked cop Bruce (who also works as a bouncer at Shelter) with Cutter at The Coffee Shop! Dean (Cutter's associate at Shelter) is the drug dealer!

I find it very difficult to care how Todd feels, for the exact reasons he annoyed me when he first came back; he refuses to acknowledge that Victor did NOT steal his life. And now once again Todd is lying to his kids about a truce he had no intentions of keeping. I don't think Todd actually cares about people, he just cares that no one is mad at him.

well the Shane bullying kind of mirrored Marty's gang rape, the comicgurl15 almost mirrored Marty's attack behind Rodi's/Suede's death.. but it was so poorly written though

On GH wasn't it basically said that Nat would not take John's calls at all and was hiding behind her dad? Here they make it sound like he just has never called her--still I never cared much about John, and his reasoning on GH for staying away from his son was inane so I can go with it.

Well, those of us that watched GH know that a restraining order was put out against John McBain having anything to do with his son, just because of picture of a kiss with Sam. Natalie would fight for her man, not keep him from his son's life.

I think OLTL is pretending that RO did not hapen. Cartini really fucked the OLTL characters on GH in 2012 even the ones that never physically appeared on screen

Right. At this point I don't care either--but it did seem like some of the material was written as keeping the GH material as part of the canon which is why the fact that this wasn't surprised me.
