 Especially since they couldn't even mention her in their prayer! "Yeah, sure, I was beaten, thrown in a dumpster to die, became a Friday Ho and my family's likely to be killed for me talking to you people but... don't mind me."

became a Friday Ho....

Very good episode today.

- No Pete/Celia today, and it was nice having two days off. When we will be getting a day off from AJ/Miranda soon?

- I'm impressed with Sal S thus far. For someone with little acting experience, she's doing a good job. I can tell that Cassandra is fiesty, and only agreed to do the dance only when one of the girls was threatened. Though I was annoyed with the near miss with Zach LOL

- I like Lea so far. I noticed chemistry between her and Zach as well. This is a good thing, because if Kendall comes back full time... we could have a possible future triangle. That is, if Zach/Lea become a couple.

- David/Jesse/Angie scenes were very good. I like seeing David with a heart, and he is right about what he told Jesse. Jesse must have agreed with that statement a little bit, or else he would hurled an insult right back at him. When Jesse/Angie started out as a couple, did he ever feel he wasn't good enough for Angie? If so,

I could have seen his reaction as part anger at David for saying Angie deserved better, and a small part of him agreeing that she does even if that isn't true.

- AJ is good, but he kind of overacts.. did he do stage work in real life? I also don't see him and Miranda as a couple... I see them just as good friends. Partly due to the actor giving off a gay vibe (even if he isn't gay in real life, he gives off that vibe to me), and I see him more as her gay best friend as opposed to a potential

love interest. I'm saying this as a gay person.

- Good JR/David scene.. glad that JR now knows what happened and no dragging out the reveal.

Good episode

Yes, Jesse did feel like he wasn't good enough for Angie in the beginnings of AMC. He came from a "broke down Center City" and Angie was upperclass. Jesse did not have the same economic availabilities that Angie had.

That showdown almost seems like they are setting up to have Angie leave him and end up with David.

Angie Hubbard has set the AA race all the way back to Africa. ;)

Agnes must've gone home sick when they were writing these Angie scenes! She created the Emmy winning AA race and she would NEVER have them act like this.

Every time I turn around, Jesse's doing something else to eff up their marriage and Angie, being the stronger person of the two of them, lets him be forgiven. Apparently, Jesse feels he's the only one entitled to continuously piss on Angie's forgiveness rather than cherish it because he just keeps lying and keeping things from her.

I'll just go ahead and say it, betrayal of my people be damned: Jesse and Angie are NOT what they used to be. I don't know if it's because Jesse himself went through a lot in the years he was "away," but something about their relationship has changed, and not for the better. More and more, they are proving you can't go home again; and one of these days, Jesse is going to do something to help Angie realize that fact as well.

That poor woman in the hospital room was probably thinking, "Could you total strangers either get me some vicodin or take this Bible study meeting out into the hallway?"

"Yeah, sure, I was beaten, thrown in a dumpster to die, became a Friday Ho and my family's likely to be killed for me talking to you people but... don't mind me."

"Hope you find your daughter...oh and who's paying this hospital bill?"

Y'all are a mess.

Noo!

I don't like triangles with men in the middle, first of all. Never have except on rare occasions. More importantly, it would greatly benefit both the characters of Zach and Kendall to be in different story orbits after so many of years of bad writing for them as a pairing which equated to bad writing for them individually. After a good long stretch of writing them well individually and apart, if things need to be reexamined then let it be. If not, so be it.

If the current story is not some sort of dupe, they're setting it up well for them to be as good as done in a real sense by the time we get a Kendall back.

ETA:

"Angie, are you ready to become part of an Agnes Nixon ordained interracial supercouple?"

I can totally see it happening. Agnes wanted Cliff and Angie, no?

I think some sort of murder charge is perfectly reasonable and feasible

Oh, JR is soooooo faking this amnesia thing.

Wow what Jesse did wasn't that bad. It's not like its unforgiveable.

I can understand it, he was trying to see if Cassie was truly missing before he told Angie/and trying to find her.

That was before she got a taste of the swirl, know what I'm sayin'? ;)

I actually love the complexities of the David/ Angie relationship. It is good and bad. Light and dark. Even the juxtoposition of the visuals in the scene today: Angie is a white labe coat, and David in all-black. It humanizes a character like Dr. Evil to show he is capable of compassion. Angie, it shows her flaws, and shows that she is not the town Saint everyone thinks that she is. They are each other physical manifestations of each other's other side.

Jury still out on JR and Cassandra, still not sold on either actors abilities.

AJ has won my heart. I loved the scene of him throwing the drinkin glass. It is something I have seen Adam do 1000 times.

Zach missing Cassandra by mere seconds at the secret sex club was perfect. Classic soap.

"Oh, LAWD, thank you, Agnes! I NEVER thought I'd EVER be with a man so lovin' and light-skinned!"
