I do agree that part was ridiculous. But I think their claim does make a good cass for a lot of this being done out of a backhanded mean spiritedness.

Both ends are being ridiculous, but in regards to the ads? Is ABC not showing any or backing out of those that would heavily feature a GH actor? That's not very unreasonable to want to pull out of that, but depending on the language in the contract, ABC would lose a considerable amount of money if they back out of Todd promos.

Depending on who you ask, that's not really petty. It's just a company not wanting to promote something that is competing with its own product. This particular outcome may be unfavorable to ABC, but it makes sense.

Wait...so part of the claim is the characters were OOC? Lawd. Starr was still stupid and homely. Todd separated a child from his mother (let the record show that this is not new territory for Todd) in between doing stand up. And John was still filthy and unshaven with a hero complex. What in the sam hell was OOC?

none of them seemed remotely OOC to me. There were the whiny Todd fans who liked to say he wasn't acting like Todd cause of the one liners and stuff *rme*

Those were the same people who didn't think he should hook up with Carly. WTFever!

Plus that was the most BIZARRE LEGAL DOCUMENTS I HAVE EVER READ!!! And I am a law student!!! If I was a judge I would be like should I throw this crap out?

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/sites/default/files/custom/Documents/ESQ/PROSPECT_ABC_Complaint_WM.pdf

I work for a law firm (marketing department) and while I wouldn't call that the most bizarre legal document I've ever read (not even close), I will say that it could probably have benefited from some editing.

I wonder what jackass said this

The complaint claims that “at least one ABC executive” involved in the decisions to how to handle OLTL actors on GH, “has openly declared his desire to see Prospect fail” and suggests that the network’s actions may be driven by “a basic fear of embarrassment if Prospect succeeds.

Those are the ones who like to say he's not Todd cause clearly Roger was enjoying himself and is very good at ad libbing stuff. They like to ignore that Todd was tortured for 8 years and isn't going to be the same person he was lol

Let's not go there.

You are the real crazy here!! I like to make people laugh (though some don't understand my humor but that is there issue, not mine) while you like to insult.

Like I said, I was surprised that they agreed to the ads in the ifrst place--but re RH being in them, I guess originally they thought Todd would spend a month there and then come back to GH so no big deal? I dunno...

And had absolutely no idea until now that Cope and Victor Jr. was dead until recently and that the characters were not in the limited roles they agreed to? You don't believe that any more than I do.

I wonder if this will be introduced into evidence during the trial: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BFLatsICYAEiBnu.png:large … #badryan #justsayin

@Jamey_Giddens Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I will prove that ABC caused deep emotional damage by pairing Todd w/ Carly.
LMAO well it certainly caused deep emotional damage to a certain actress who shall remain nameless for my protection. ;)
