Hattie makes Madea look subdued. "Madea Gets a Job" is probably the strongest stage play Tyler Perry has "written," but even that work fails on account of his shoehorning Hattie into it.

You'd be surprised at how desperate you are for TV shows in the summer, especially when it's 300 degrees outside.

My god! This is one of the worst shows to ever pollute television! It's embarrassingly bad! And WTF is up with that laugh track?!
