Simone is a flip flopper and a snake in my opinion. Smiling talking about how this is the group going forward. Girl gone! Mariah don't owe any of yall asses an explanation as to why she and Quad are no longer friends nor does she have to plead her case for your friendship. They are ridiculous.

After tonight's episode, I think that it is time for the this show to have a reboot. A MAJOR one. Everyone needs to go except for Mariah. Everyone. Including Jackie & Simone, who I cut for a week ago. After tonight, they can go. Heavenly can too. And so can simpleton Toya, Darth Vader looking b*tch Quad, and the beard known as Lisa Nicole. They all can go. I'd bring back Kari Wells to rival Mariah and find five new doctors/doctor's wives to join the group.

It also didn't dawn on me (until seeing Ayden's scathing tweets) that their production company was Purveyors of Pop--the same production company that got fired from RHONJ for stirring up sh*t on s3 & s4 with Teresa and the remainder of the cast. It wouldn't surprise me that they've done the same crap on this show too. It's time that Bravo intervenes and get rid of POP as well and stop doing shows with this company altogether.

And these women can say what they want but if Mariah has an EP credit, she IS signing your checks. She owns a percentage of a show SHE created and cast. These women need to recognize that. Especially Quad, Toya, Heavenly, and Lisa.

And if Mariah does not return next season, there is no show. They can stick a fork in it. No one is going to watch Toya's stupid ass live beyond her means. Or Quad & Lisa force feed their overpriced rags to the audience. It's just not interesting.

I disagree that this show needs a major reboot. I think it was a huge mistake dumping Kari, but they could easily fix the show. I'd do Heavenly, Simone, Jackie, Kari as MUST HAVE'S! I feel Mariah and Quad have to stay for their big personalities and bring one newbie in.

Yeah, no overhaul is needed. However, Lisa Nicole needs to go post haste! She does not belong at all!

Simone??? This bucktooth bitch is giving me whiplash. Telling Quad Mariah has done nothing to her (Simone) so she will continue that friendship, and then going to Mariah's event to tell Mariah she must reconcile with Quad? WTF?!

Toya should stay because every show needs a dumb clueless wife to balance things.

Kevin back, Chris? Don't think so. S/he was a nobody thinking s/he is so glamerous and so much better because s/he has a damn foot specialist as a husband! No thank you!

Heavenly and Jackie are certainly keepers. Simone should stay because every show needs a selfless innocent trouble maker. Quad is a talk show host waiting to happen. She works the nerves, but this chick is smart and quit witted. She has comebacks waiting no matter the occasion.

If Mariah is not part of the group, I'm not seeing why she needs to stay. She was seperate the whole season pretty much.

I think something needs to happen bc this group doesn't really jive well anymore... BUT I must say I still love Quad, Mariah, and Simone separately. They all crack my [!@#$%^&*] up. Heavenly does too - especially when she's shading Toya. Toya is one thirsty wannabe - it's cringeworthy!

Lisa can go - boring. Jackie - I like her - she can stay as the 'mom' of the group I suppose, but I guess I could take her or leave her.

This little bitch. Heavenly should have knocked her upside the head with a slick comment like that

I know right? Bitch, f--k you! I cant believe that was the finale

Love that Mariah is coming for Lisa Nicole's boring ass next week

WTF was it with them sitting at a dinner table instead of a couch for the reunion?

Well apparently Lisa Nicole did not get the memo because she was dressed like a straight hooker at the tea party. But if Mariah is leaving, I hope she goes out in a blaze of glory, leaving the show in shambles. But I think that the focus will be more on Toya/Simone if anything.

Tea was spilled on another board via a friend of Simone's sister that Toya, Heavenly, and Lisa Nicole are on the chopping block.

Apparently Toya laid hands on Simone backstage but I am sure we'll see that next week.

ETA: Mariah ain't going nowhere she posted a cryptic tweet about how new season brings new friends. The gag is even if she did leave she would still be lining her pockets with money from the show.

The set looks nice and I guess its a good idea in theory but all them "props" looked distracting. I almost except it to get all Maury here with hos hurling deserts and drinks at each other. Straight up ratchet

Anyways, Lisa Nicole....does her boring ass not realize she's sitting all the way at the end of the table bc n one wants to talk to her?

Toya? No one cares about her irrelevant ass.

Oh yeah forgot to mention that crazy lady Dr. Zelda was supposed to join the show but pulled out last minute. She seems certifiable. Convince her to sign on Bravo!

Exactly. That's why they all DO work for her. They put money in her pocket on a show she created. And I'd keep Toya for sh*ts and giggles. Heavenly too. But Lisa Nicole can go back to the cave where she, plexiglass faced Dwight, and Queen Darren (b/c he's gay and no one can tell me otherwise) came from.

OMG I LOVED the reunion previews!! I'm like 5 episodes behind, but I WILL be caught up in time to see that. I'm also curious what happens between Toya and Simone! I also love all the 4th wall breaking!! First you have them all calling Mariah out on her vanity title of Executive Producer, then you have ANDY asking if Mariah is taking responsibility for firing Kari lol. This is going to be so juicy!!

    • Well, you are the most ill-informed, condescending person on this board so I am glad you enjoy mocking me? Or whatever you are trying to do lol.  You literally can't comprehend the simplest things about the show and don't watch, but are literally shaming me for being a women?

One other side note, because now I've re-read 1993-1994.  I think that I found a ret-con issue. In 1993 after John finds out that Stefano is Kristen's father. It is not like I am claiming to have found nuclear fission, clearly mistakes happen.  But, I found this to be amusing. In 1993, Stefano becomes deadly ill, so Kristen tells John that she needs to be by her father's side, but not to worry about the deadly disease, because she's adopted.  Given, that I've always thought of Kristen as being adopted, until the more recent cannon that she is Stefano's biological child, it is interesting that in 1993, the week before Tony comes to town to announce that he is Kristen's fiancée.  Kristen is saying that she can't give blood to her dying father, because she was adopted.  So, the current reverse in cannon, neglects that detail. It is so funny to read this and then see Kristen and Tony in the crypt this week, 32 years later.  That's more than half the show's history at this point, amazing.
    • It was shuffled off the stove way before that. Think of the early summer stuff with Gio, Emma, and Dalton, which they basically dropped for weeks at a time, and then also put them on the back burner until recently.

    • After the slap it does feel inevitable - being arrested and thrown out right after her big win.
    • Yesterday it was Theo and Jada.  Today it's Chad and Belle.  What a mess.
    • I asked my soap historian GPT to help pull together the best available sources on Daniel Pilon’s run, and here’s what the research confirms: * Pilon played Max Dubujak on *Ryan’s Hope* from 1983–88. * He began appearing as Alan Spaulding on *Guiding Light* in 1988. * An academic source notes that he appeared as **Max and Alan simultaneously in November 1988 * His later-life interviews mention major upheavals, including losing his home in the Northridge earthquake and declaring bankruptcy in 1994.  That’s the factual foundation. Now for the human side of it. I’ll admit Pilon was never my favorite Alan. The Spauldings are supposed to have that patrician, Midwestern money vibe, and suddenly here comes this very European-sounding gentleman sweeping into Springfield like he wandered in from a different soap entirely. It created a strange tonal shift, at least in my memory. Whether he was intended to be temporary is hard to pin down, but honestly, looking at what he was dealing with in his real life, I don’t know that the show ever had a truly stable window to figure it out. He was going through marital strife, while being talked about as the "next James Bond" back in Canada, and juggling work on two soaps at once is a lot. Under those circumstances, the question of whether he was the “right” type for Alan becomes almost secondary to the fact that he was working through multiple emergencies while stepping into one of GL’s biggest roles. So for me, the story of his Alan isn’t just about casting fit. It’s about an actor navigating chaos and the show adapting on the fly. Also, the proverbial soap hill that I would defend its honor, is that Ron Raines in the final week was so amazing, that for me, it erases all prior memories of his performance.
