TMZ is now saying that pretty much everything they said about Wayne is accurate but that he appears to be stabilizing. They're questioning the validity of his tweet since their sources have reiterated the fact that he is not and has not been conscious recently.

I believe TMZ. I can't help it. Wayne's friends are probably high on Sizzurp.
