As I understand it, PP holds the right of first refusal to GH rights should ABC cancel all GH production. ABC can still cancel network GH and produce its own internet version. However, should ABC pass on that option, PP gets "first dibs" at GH licensing rights. Period. There is no platform qualification in the licensing agreements. As evidenced by their FX Canada deal and a possible re-airing on US cable later this year, PP holds right to all platforms for AMC and OLTL.
