Okay, I said it was quite often ahead of ATWT and GL in 18-49. Is that not supported by what you've posted? I never said anything about season ratings, but that only backs up the fact that it was very often higher than or on par with the P&G soaps.

LOL! Yall should have just said that in the first place.

AllMyShadows, originally you wrote, "It rated higher than the P&G soaps in 18-49." You didn't use the qualifier "often" until I disagreed with that, in your second post where you mentioned looking at the Ratings Archive.

Getting back on topic to AMC, your suggestion of Jeff Martin could be a good idea for Newman if people want him involved with Susan Lucci! Not a new character. Obviously I wasn't watching in the 70s but maybe it would work.

"Franz," Cady? Really?

In all seriousness, though, what a lovely and encouraging article. Seems like a dream, really. I do hope the OLTL actors will get involved at this level next week and onward, though to my recollection not many of them have regular blog-like output in the way that Cady or Jill Larson do (save KDP). They do have Twitter, though, as does Debbi Morgan, and she's been using hers.

Really great blog by Cady McClain, despite the odd misspellings. You would think she could spell Cortlandt by now? A bit of a spoiler about Celia. Appreicated her introducting us to her interactions with each of the new actors.

I notice that Cady and the other actors keep talking about the brilliance of Agnes and nobody mentions the actual headwriters of the show lol. With OLTL you have Erika Slezak mentioning the HW and others I'm sure. I wonder what that is about.
