Yes, it's a bevel. Most girls are "conditioned" to do that because it's deemed unladylike to stand with your legs apart revealing any gaps between your thighs... and it also slims your silhouette in facing-front photos.

However, you can tell Saleisha Sal Stowers went to the black girl's school of posing because hers accentuates her ass. My cousin stands exactly the same way in all her "going to the club" pics on Facebook. Side pose, one leg straight with the other knee bent. It pokes out the booty.
