Members Soaplovers
I think Pam Long would be a better fit on AMC, imho. Did Sheri Anderson do well on any other soap besides DAYS? Leah Laiman seemed to do well at Days and decent at AW.. but bombed at ATWT. Maybe new blood is needed?
Members y&r_fan
Wrong move. If anything she should be promoted to co-HW.
Members cassadine1991
she was at GH in the 80s as a script writer, and at GL as well I'd pick Michael Malone to return you hear anything from Michael Malone??
Members dm.
Well, that's depressing. It will be nothing but ABC writers and directors left soon. :/
Administrator Toups Posted May 6, 2013 Author Administrator Share Posted May 6, 2013 From Michael Malone? I don't know him. LOL I hope it's just a mistake. I wonder whose bright idea this was. Agreed.
Members cassadine1991
I mean is there anything about him getting approached to be co-HW
Members JONNYSBRO
I wouldn't be surprised if hogan sheffer wasn't approached to be co head writer of oltl. Considering almost all Everyone involved Is old ATwt. When u think about they employed a lot of ATwt former crew.
Members RavenWhitney
On MInardi/Slater, maybe they are just listing her with the script writer on the day she actually writes the breakdown. that's what they're doing for Seidman. We will see in the next episode if Slater is back with Seidman and Boyd.
Members YRBB
Was there a writer listed for today's OLTL episode? I can't have missed it, did I?
Members John
Maybe Susie & Thom wrote it themselves

Members John
They have a small team so they may alternate the script writing
Members SOAPSFOREVER
I agree. Very depressing. Slater and Ferri-Esser are the only two Bill Bell writers left. Who'd ever have thought we'd see the day. The typical playbook for JFP, though. Fire all the talent then bring in the hacks. It's worked so well for her in the past!! Can't wait until she and Josh are axed!

Members YRBB
Unfortunately, there is a 99% chance that they will be replaced by somebody equally (if not worse) than them. Once the merry go round starts, it never stops. All CBS wants is to make Y&R (since they can't mess with B&B ) as ABC-like as possible. Imagine that. They want the #1 show to copy the canceled ones. And we wonder why soaps (so often) suck.
