That makes me less likely to believe it. A brief, already declining ratings spike on a show that is only on now because of ABC Daytime's failure in the 2 PM EST slot is not going to make dead soaps hot commodities. This sounds like more of an ego trip from DC and Nellie Olsen.

If McTavish has someone to guide her and not let the horrors return, I wouldn't mind her at AMC again, if any of this actually happened. Other than Agnes Nixon and Wisner Washam, McTavish is probably the only writer who really made me care about AMC.

(nothing against Broderick - I do think she had some great stuff in 95 and did a perfectly fine job wrapping up the end)
