This is a nice, sleek, and modern set. The only thing I'm not crazy about are the curtains, but it's nice seeing Nikki play the piano again.

I understand the budget aspect and I have in fact seen staircases like this one in real life apartments, but Dorian, Erica, Carlo/Alex/Todd, even Victor's last penthouse had grander ones. Dorian's was as big as the Drummonds' on Diff'rent Strokes. This one is more akin to Alexis' staircase in Dynasty.

That place doesn't look modern, it looks like something from the 80s. It reminds me of the restaurant from It's A Living.

MTS looks adorable in that video. And I love that they remembered that Nikki plays the piano.

It reminds me of a scaled down version of Frasier's Seattle apartment, from the palette, down to the piano and modern painting. I think the wood is pretty, but just a little too hotel light, particularly for Victor. When I think Victor Newman, I think dark walnut, oxblood leather, piano black, pewter...

It does have a West Coast flair, it kinda has a more B&B feel to it than Y&R feel.
