    She can come on here just long enough to usher in her brother (maybe young intern at GH). While here, she will spy Shawn but seem hesitant about approaching him. Later in the episode we will see her take off her coat and clutch her belly, revealing her pregnancy. Set up for storyline to pick up in a couple of months when Kent has given birth and can come on full time. Too bad he's latched onto Alexis bc if it had been a better woman, it could lead into an interesting triangle

    I was just thining, heck they could even make the brother Tommy Hardy. Say Simone remarried after she left PC, to Lainey's father, making them step-siblings.
